Seas the Day-Gulf View Private Pool Home Across the Street from the Beach

Clean, Great Pool, straight shot to beach ( with straight view too), stairs got old by end of the week. overall a great place

Great location, right across from the beach access ramp. Clean, and well maintained. We loved this house. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 4 kids. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely look for it again when planning a visit to Navarre Beach.

Being near the end of the Navarre strip meant fewer crowds. The house is beautiful and the fact that it also has a pool is the cherry on top. During our week, there were purple flags (jellyfish) the entire time at the beach and the one time my son did swim a little he did get stung (tip: hot shower for 20 minutes works it out). Being able to chill at the beach for most of the day but then still actually swim in the pool made it so much easier with the kids.Only two minor things I would call attention to: 1) this is the only house I've ever rented where there is nothing in terms of spices, oils, etc. There is not even salt and pepper, so just be prepared for that. I will add that while they can't guarantee any beach gear that others may have left behind, there was a plentiful amount of floats, chairs, toys, etc for us. 2) There are a lot of stairs (true of all houses in the area) and while they look beautiful they are very smooth, which is not the best choice for a house with a pool and across from the beach. My father had a spill on them and sprained his ankle. I've recommended they add some grip strips to the stairs and hope that they do so. The rental company was super responsive. Check in was easy. We had a minor issue our first night when a sprinkler had gotten off course and was blasting across the satellite dish from 4:30-5:30am, creating quite a noise. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone out to adjust it shortly. They also responded quickly after my father's fall, though unfortunately we could not use the elevator (only for the owners and not working while we were there).Overall we loved our stay - having stayed previously at other places in the area, this is the only place we would want to stay again with a large group. Even with the sprained ankle we had no regrets, other than having to leave. We loved our time at Se

We do wish the queen bedroom and the bunk room got a littler cooler... there are fans in the closets so I feel like there may be an issue with cooling these rooms. The remote controls for the fans/lights were also not great.... One remote would turn off the other rooms, one didn’t have a remote at all, and one didn’t have batteries in it. It would be nice to have an ice machine in a house this large too.... The fridge doesn’t hold enough ice for this many people. Overall we really did love this house though! Those were our only issues. The kitchen is immaculate. The parking is spacious! Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Would definitely recommend to others!
