My family stayed here for a week and were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a major perk and helped us get to the beach with all of our things. The communication with the owner was great prior and after our stay. This was our first trip to 30A and we had a great experience.
We love the Prominence location and our kids love the pool area here. The property manager was very quick to respond and attentive to my feedback. Bring a laundry basket, beach chairs (there were 2 when we stayed in June), and be careful not to park the golf cart on the curved curb at Bramble Beach. It was not marked for no parking and tickets are $100. Macho Taco at The Chill has been rebranded, but the food tastes the same- delish!! Also, the cute coffee shop at The Chill closed. We recommend The Beachy Bean. They have good breakfast burritos.

Seas the day was an absolutely beautiful property in the prominence neighborhood. We have been coming to the 30a/Destin area for many years and had never stayed in this particular area before. The access to the community pool and the hub were great for the kids. The golf cart was a fantastic addition to get back and forth to the public beach access. (The public access when you turn left out of the neighborhood has several steps just so you are aware). We did not access the shuttle to other beach access as it was a bit further but that was also a wonderful option! Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! So beautifully decorated and clean!!! Property manager was also so very helpful and responsive to our needs!
We loved the stay at this rental property and would highly recommend it to others. A few things to know, the management company is not very helpful. We ran out of paper towels, we only had one roll for an entire week, she told us that we were supposed to read the terms to know what they provide. Ran out of toilet paper, same speech but later brought us some. The golf cart ran out of battery 1.5 miles away from the house, she said we went too far. But later they got a different golf cart because they knew theirs wasn't working properly. If the management company was nicer and more understanding, I would stay here again but it felt like everything we would ask her would turn into an argument. The owner needs to hire someone else to do the managing.
