Your new favorite beach vacation spot awaits your arrival. This private, gated, wooded island has miles of white, unspoiled, sandy beaches where you can relax and have all the fun that you can handle.

Activities include, but are not limited to, golf, tennis, swimming, horseback riding, and biking on the island. Natural wildlife viewing will amaze you. Nearby, at Bohicket Marina, you will find opportunities for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and restaurants. Visit Freshfields Village at the crossroads of Seabrook, Kiawah, and Johns Island for great restaurants, shops, grocery store, and other businesses. A short drive to historic Charleston will enhance your vacation experience.

Enjoy the beautiful views of the lagoon and fairway of one of the two championship island golf courses from all three decks of your villa. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, new bedding, attached bath, and private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to a full bath and also has a flat screen TV. The loft bedroom contains 1 set of full bunk beds, a full bath, and affords a magnificent view of the island from its deck. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for your use with a large refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door, a microwave, a flat top stove and oven, both regular pot and single cup coffee makers, and all the cooking and serving pieces you will need. The dining area has a huge table for eating and game playing. The air conditioned villa has a comfortable living room area with a vaulted ceiling where you can enjoy large flat screen tv viewing, or relax with a good book. Ceiling fans are located in each room. A private pool for Sealoft Villa guests is located less than fifty yards from the door of your villa.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

For the beach vacation of your life, bring your family and friends to Seabrook Island, South Carolina, where you can enjoy year-round fun and relaxation. If you need more than one villa, we work with several of our neighbors to accommodate your needs. Owners give you access to the pedestal to take items to the beach.

A small dog (under 25 lbs) is allowed with additional pet fees to apply.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

    Beautiful location. Boardwalk 6 is the shortest walk and only a few min down the road. Quiet, loved the pond behind the house, lots of jumping fish, turtles, and Mr. Roy as i named the little gator! Loved it. Great amenities had everything one needed. The master bed mattress was lumpy though couch a little small. But, what little we were there it worked. All the extras in the garage were amazing! The lock code on that door needs a battery it did not work. Same with main door, it took us a while to get in. Thankfully they thought of this and had lock box with key on deck! Overall loved it!

    The house was cute and stocked with necessities.The upper deck furniture was dirty and the window on the loft was broken and had black tape on it. It looked like it was freshly painted but the bathrooms and kitchen were original and worn- probably 20 plus years old. The small pool in the complex had a closed sign on it as a small structure in the fenced area was being repaired by a contractor. The beach was in walking distance and was beautiful. Felt for what we got it was very overpriced.

    Loved this little community and house! Right on the golf course! There’s a lot going on here - so you can purchase an amenity card to participate and purchase things in the community or choose not to. I was staying for only 2 days and chose not to. A few things I wish were included: shampoo / conditioner / body wash and beach towels. But no big deal bringing my own. Property management was extremely quick to reply when I had questions. The house was absolutely lovely.

    This location was perfect. It is very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans utensils. The two outdoor areas were a joy to use. We enjoyed watching the small alligator in the river behind the property every morning, it was sun bathing. Great location to beach access and clubhouse. We will definitely be back
