Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Guests are responsible for any parking tickets issued to the golf cart during their stay. Failure to pay will result in a $500 fine.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for three vehicles.
- No parking is available in the garage.
- Please park only in front of Seagrove Gardens and not in front of any other home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     This was our 5th year in this area but 1st time at this house. It was a beautiful home. Had everything you could think of and then some. Super clean. Loved the neighborhood. Just a short bike/golf cart ride to the beach. Beds were comfy. We had some issues with the downstairs thermostat but it was quickly resolved. Having the golf cart was a nice touch. We enjoyed the patio off of the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

    Property was clean and fit our needs well. The golf cart made the beach very accessible. We had a short delay getting in at 4:00 pm because the cleaners were still working. WiFi was initially out for a few hours. Not a problem. We had a great time

    This property was very clean and well stocked for all of your vacation needs. The golf cart, bikes, beach towels and toys were all great as well as the community pool. Golf cart distance to the beach, restaurants, and close communities like Seaside. We took advantage of the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and maintained. Thank you and we will look to stay there again.

    We had a great stay! The property was perfect for us...two older teens, my sister and myself (dad). The cart was a great addition for convenience and beach access. the house was completely clean and ready to roll when we arrived!

    Stayed the month of November at Tresca Court with my family. It was a great house and a great location. This time of year at the beach was truly great. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Was in a cul-de-sac, so no traffic. I have been coming to this area yearly for 25 years and this place was rated as top 2. Will definitely stay again.

    So many things to love about this rental….the location was perfect, golf cart made it so easy to get around, the pool was perfect after a day at the beach. It was shady and so relaxing. Loved the layout and the decor of the house. All the balconies were perfect for evening porch sitting and early morning coffee drinking….it was the best beach rental to date.
