Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

    I would rent again. Honest review: PRO’s Location: perfect House: very clean Sleeping quarters: nice Amenities: great, bikes available! Outdoor area: could be neater Laundry: good, downside-you have to go outside to access it, but worked very well. CON’s Stairs: spiral and a little dicey (steep)

    Issues were out of their control, dishwasher wasn’t working first 2-3 days. Septic tank clogged and water flooded a bedroom. Ceiling in ground floor was pretty low and stairs to 2nd floor (living area) were very steep. They had a gate at top which helped keep little ones off stairs. The location was great and the outside shower was amazing.

    We loved this little gem. We love this area but did not want to pay for the rentals in the Watercolor area because my family would not use the pool & other amenities the club offers. The beach is literally 4 houses away. It was an easy walk to the heart of Seaside. We rode the bikes that were provided by the host a lot. The only thing about this place is that the bathroom/shower situation is a little unconventional, but it works. There is a half bath upstairs with the living room/kitchen. Downstairs are 3 BR's with one toilet & a combo tub/shower & then a separate shower only. The toilet & tub are in one room & the shower is separated by a pocket door. Pretty ingenious to have this all work. Otherwise - very clean & SUPER SUPER location. We would definitely stay here again.

    This little house fit our needs, and then some. It is in a great location with great access to the beach and the town center. To get to the beach, you walk past 3 houses to the main road, turn left and walk past 1 house, cross the main road at a marked crosswalk, walk down the access stairs, and your feet are in the sand! If you turn right at the main road, it is a short 1-2 minute walk to the town center. The house was very clean. I had a minor question about the outside trash can situation, and Krista was quick to respond. I had a question about the remotes to control the television (I am technically challenged), and Cheryl quickly came by to show me how to properly use them. So, if you have any questions or need some help, they are on top of it quickly, and both are very nice. The house is surrounded by plants, bushes, and trees, so that provides some nice privacy. The upstairs outside porch in the front of the house was a nice place to sit around in the early evening. The house does have a tricky set of stairs, so that needs to be a consideration if you have very small children or the elderly in your party. However, it was not a concern for us. I would strongly recommend this house for its cleanliness, location, and prompt support from the property managers should you need it.

    Close to the seaside shops. Very close to the beach!!! It felt like home in a resort location. Very quaint property. Driveway room enough for 2 cars. BBQ, fire pit, outside shower/rinse. Max 4 people for comfort. We would definitely stay here again!!! Great experience!!!
