Art+Sol offers an updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and tile. Industrial grade, sand, salt and water friendly faux wood flooring throughout. Enjoy peaceful privacy and sounds of nature from the first and second floor screened porches overlooking the Cypress Pond. Art & Sol sits just steps to the community pool as well as the Cassine Garden Trailhead which connects to the Eastern Lake Trail System! The beach is just a short walk with access at One Seagrove. Enjoy a morning hike or fishing along the pond, an afternoon at the beach and an evening dip in the from the tranquil doorsteps of Art+Sol.

    Great location, exactly as advertised, no issues. Air and wifi worked great. Pool was clean and refreshing ( right across from rental). I would stay again. It is a little walk to beach but not bad. Overall great experience

    Great location. Several restaurants and shops in walkable distance. Beach is short walk across 30a. Pool is just across from unit. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The home was designed well and the view from the patio was lovely. Super quiet and private neighborhood. The main bedroom is a good size and a pack and play fits in the wall in closet for babies used to their own rooms! ( the door was left open obviously)

    Loved the location right across from the pool! The beach was on double red flags most of the week which meant we spent a lot of time at the pool. I will say the house didn't feel fully cleaned (cobwebs, bugs in corners, all kinds of toys/house slippers left under the couch which means it wasn't cleaned under there), although bed linens felt super clean. Tons of towels, which was a great plus. Screened in porches on both levels which was also a great plus! Curtains were on rods that were almost too short in the primary bedroom so they fell more than once which was frustrating and the curtains weren't wide enough to cover back window which was rough because baby woke up as soon as the sun did. In guest room, there are no curtains at all, so our other kids in bunk beds were up with the sun as well, so just be cautious of that! The location is great across from the pool, but is near the back of the property, so you'll be walking a good bit and the beach access has stairs so if you have a wagon you'll want to consider that. We had a golf cart which I HIGHLY recommend for families with little ones. There was a text number for the property management company, but I text it several times (with non emergencies) and not once did I receive a reply back which was fine since we weren't in immediate need, but would have been super frustrating had we needed something. Calling is fine, but if it's advertised that texting is available, it feels like there should be replies there.

    Property was everything as stated just could have been cleaned better. Sheets dirty and several pieces of silverware dirty as well.

    Our family of four absolutely loved our 4 day stay here. Very clean (and I have high standards) and super cozy. This unit is tucked away in a townhome community, just off the hustle and bustle of 30A, and right across from the pool. We loved waking up and having our morning coffee on one of the two screened in porches with a beautiful view of a Monet-like pond. Check in was simple, we had no need to contact anyone during the stay, so easy in and easy out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back to the area!

    My family loved staying at Art and Sol. It's newly redecorated and beautifully done. The beds were the best beds we had slept in ever!!!! I even reached out to Sandpiper Vacation Rentals for details on them. The view in the morning off the master bedroom balcony was also a favorite. So serene and quiet. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee there each morning. My kids (11 and 8 yrs old) loved the guest bedroom bunks. The extra bed in there was also a bonus and afforded extra space for them to play. This place had all we needed for a fun getaway to 30A and Sandpiper was great answering any questions we had about dinner reservations or activities for the kids. We also loved the two bikes provided. That really is the best way to enjoy 30A!
