Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We had plenty of space in the home. The house does need a little upkeep but all are very minor repairs (aside from the toilets not flusing well). The location is very convenient to the beach - only about a 5 minute walk. There is a community pool which we were very excited about using. However, what isn't disclosed (on the listing) is the pool is managed by the HOA not Benchmark Management. The pool was closed for our entire stay. The pool cleaner came & said everything was fine. However after repeated calls and texts, we never received a clear answer and the pool never opened. Since this information is listed in the fine print of the huge contract you have sign to rent the property, there was nothing done to make this situation better. I waited to post this review to hear back from yet another email, but never received one.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, there were a couple of serious issues that impacted our experience. The air conditioning didn’t work properly when we got there and on our last day, which made the house very uncomfortable, especially during the heat of the day. Worse, we found German cockroaches in the kitchen, which was really unsettling and made us hesitant to prepare or eat food there. Cleanliness and comfort are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this property didn’t meet them during our visit.This could be a great place with some attention and care, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

The only thing it needs is chairs, umbrellas, etc for people that fly and can't pack those items.

This property housed 11 of us comfortably. We basically had the community pool to ourselves! The house is decorated beautifully and well equipped except for towels and potholders. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the front porch was not swept and beach toys everywhere. The recliners in the living room did not work and that was a bummer. There was a surplus of books and games for all ages. The driveway is small but we made 3 SUV’s work. The elevator was a life savor!!!

Property was great! If you have a larger group bring some extra towels and washcloths. Expect to hear a little hammering at 8:00am Rent a golf cart. Worth it “Street Legal” very responsive Had pictures taken on the beach “shore shooter” wonderful! Liz took her time and took a lot! Went on a sailboat “Paradise Adventures” Jess, Jamie and Jacob. So accommodating!! Small walk to beach. Go to sea grove! Small drive on a golf Cart. “Food trucks”

Great roof top to spend evenings on when the sun was going down. Outside furniture was dated and a little rusty, but beautiful views. Large 5 bedrooms with an elevator was awesome. I have a family of 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with a bathroom. The main floor bedroom door does not stay closed so that was a bit embarrassing, also very loud in that bedroom. The beds were extremely hard so I had a hard time sleeping. Also a LOT of construction( right) next door so don’t think you can sleep in. All in all this is a great huge family house, I would book again.
