Sea View 2, also known as Jolly Hustins, occupies a fantastic position on the sea front in Looe, with fabulous views it is pet friendly and has private parking a minute from the door. Arranged over three floors the property offers comfortable accommodation for five guests.
On entering the property there is a bright lounge, kitchen, diner with slate tiled floor. The kitchen area is small but well equipped and has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, there isa washing machine housed upstairs. The lounge area has two sofas a 32 Smart TV and DVD player and there is a dining table which seats four or extends to seat six. The property also has free wifi.
Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms, a bright double room which has fantastic views over Looe Bay and along the coastline towards Rame Head and a second twin bedroom which is perfect for children. The first floor houses the second double which again is a lovely bright room with table and chairs in the bay window where guests can sit and enjoy the views. The family bathroom, also on this floor, has a corner bath and large separate shower, wc and wash hand basin. All bedrooms have ample storage space and solid wooden flooring.
The position of this property is undeniably superb with both the beach and rivers edge within a minutes flat walk and Looes many shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs all within a short stroll. The private parking on the doorstep is a huge bonus making it easy for guests to get out and explore the many delights of the surrounding areas.

    We loved our week in Looe, the house is perfectly located and it was such a bonus to have a parking space in the car park just outside. The house is a good size, although the living /dining/kitchen quarters are compact, we coped just find with 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms were comfortable and the views of to sea were lovely. We would definitely consider coming back, the only improvement I would suggest would be as an update to the sofas and dining furniture, which are a little tired and the kitchen is a little dated. But all in all a fantastic break in a great property. Thank you.

    A lovely 3 storey house almost on the sea front. Fantastic views out to sea from the 2 bedrooms to the front. Yes I guess you could say that it was basic, but it was comfortable and you don't need all mod cons on holiday. I would definitely stay again.
