Great house and location. The host had great communication and overall a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful home, perfect for a small family or group of friends. From the welcoming front porch to the spacious, inviting living room to the comfortable bedrooms to the well-appointed kitchen to the ideal screened-in back porch to the private backyard, this house is a GEM and had everything we were looking for! We've stayed in Seacrest many times over the last 15 years, and it continues to be our family's happy place. Thank you, Casie, for welcoming us into your home and for being so responsive!

2nd summer we have rented this home, love the layout and location. Communication is excellent from time of rental until checkin instructions are emailed, couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent—close to shops and restaurants, and the community itself was well planned for walking, running & biking. The house was clean, the master bed was very comfortable, and the owners truly thought of everything a guest might need while on vacation.We also appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs, cooler, tram to/from the beach and lagoon pool, with access to a grill and drinks.One small suggestion: more hooks for towels (especially in the master bath) would be helpful. The current over-the-door hook makes it difficult to close the door fully.Our biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the beach access in Seacrest. Unless you're up at 6 a.m. to secure a spot or rent a first-row setup, it’s difficult to find space near the water. By 10:30 a.m., most of the beach is already taken. Compared to our past stays in Seaside—where the beach was much more spacious—this was a letdown. We did read someone else’s review sharing the same thought however, we didn’t believe it.Overall, the property and experience were lovely, but the beach situation will likely keep us from returning to this specific location.

It was a beautiful home, cozy and had everything you need. We loved how it butted up to a greenery of forest landscape and not to another house. The communication was great with owners. We would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely a wonderful property and a great location! We loved the house so much we stayed in and sat on the porch and had meals at the house. Clean and comfortable. The amenities like the community pool and the beach shuttle were well organized and well run. Every small detail has been considered implemented. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casie’s darling rental house. The area is a hotspot for families on Spring Break, with kids of all ages everywhere. Seacrest is a family friendly resort! Choose between a large (chilly) lagoon pool, a trolly ride to beach access, and a fun town square with restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals, and fire pit with live music nightly. The house itself was spacious, and had everything we needed. The master was large and comfortable, the bathrooms were updated and perfect for our needs. We loved having 3 bathrooms! The backyard was also nice to utilize for grilling and chilling. We definitely took advantage of the beach chairs! Renting 2 chairs will cost you a hundred dollars a day. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable, well designed beach cottage for your family, this is it! The only thing that would make it better, is if it came with bikes to use.

Great location. Walkable to lots of activities and the tram to the beach is great. Kids enjoyed playing games and playing on the beach with the sand toys.

This is the perfect beach house! Perfect size for 4-6 people to stay comfortably, very clean. The only issue I had was the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Otherwise, this place is perfect! I will be back.

The house was perfect for us. Backed up to a forest, so we had privacy, and lots of beach toys (boogie board, umbrella and chairs). Perfect size for us, and really nicely decorated. We have actually stayed elsewhere in the same Seacrest Beach development which we loved, but our family actually gives an edge to Sol Domain. Location is perfectly located to Rosemary and Alys making perfect access to both.! Very clean too!

Third time renting and never disappoints. Home is perfect for a family of 6. Front and back porch are perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. House is equipped with all the essentials. Absolutely love the sectional in the living room - beautiful and comfortable. This home is classy yet very cottage comfortable! Will rent again and again.
