Sea Grace is located in the popular community of Seacrest Beach 3 minutes away from the beach. This charming 4 bedroom, with a bonus room, 4 bath home offers an inviting open floor plan with the main living area, dining and kitchen on the second floor.  Situated at the front of the community this elegant home offers the best of both worlds - close to the beach and also just steps away from the stunning 12,000 sq ft resort style pool Seacrest is known for. Hungry You are just quick stroll from some of the best dining along Scenic 30A in Rosemary Beach. Grab coffee in Alys and a drink at Neat.



Entering the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms.  A king bedroom with private balcony and en suite bath on your right. Common area with stairwell entryway and on the left a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, en suite bath, and private balcony.

This common area includes a Full-size bed with a pull-out single trundle.



The second floor is the hub of the home with, living, dining and kitchen area, open and spacious with all you need to hang with your crew or entertain others who might be at the beach also.  This floor has one king bedroom, private balcony and has a shared full bathroom.



This room also has 2 twin beds and its own private balcony.



When you are ready to explore, you don't have to go far for awesome shopping and dining venues in neighboring Rosemary and Alys Beach.

    We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and in a great location, but it needs some updates, especially with basic equipment. The cleaning wasn't great, as the washing machine had mold and didn’t work. Overall, it was a great experience despite these issues.

    Location is perfect. Easy to both the beach and the pool with out the tram.House was clean and very livable for 2 families.

    Asked to see if by any chance they had early check in and they responded by saying do not call to seek updates. Early checkin is not happening and they didn’t approve of us calling to ask either. House had many issues and had to calm maintenance as soon as we checked in so it was frustrating. You'd also except a clean house but the floor was so dirty. Won’t recommend it except the location was perfect.

    Absolutely a terrible stay from the second we checked in. House was dirty with alive and dead flying ants everywhere. On the walls, floors and counters. Furniture is filthy!! Mattresses were sagging. Showers not cleaned with hair still on the floor. We sent pictures to the management company and no response until we called several times the next day. They sent out a cleaning girl to try to remove the dead ants. Then we had 2 MASSIVE roaches!!! Called to talk to the manager to try to get our money back or move...NO RESPONSE. 2 days into our stay we get a generic response that the manager is away until Monday. Asked for them to call us. Still no communication with them. We own rental properties and would be APALLLED if this is how the management company treated guests and the lack of cleanliness for the home. Smudges on cabinets, walls with black finger prints, trim work dirty and in need of paint. Terrible linens. Do not believe the positive reviews here unless you check all the other platforms this house is on. So disappointing and absolutely not acceptable.

    It is so unfortunate that this property is in such terrible condition because you can tell this once was a very lovely property. It has a great layout and is in a prime location however it is evident that the property management company is not putting in even the minimum amount of effort to keep the property in good condition. Upon check in, we noted dead bugs on the kitchen counter, mold growing from the ceiling air return vents with condensation leaking onto the floor, large crumbs of food seen visibly under the couch, dead bugs in the window sills and showers. To make matters even worse, one evening an enormous cockroaches flew across the living room and another was spotted crawling across the floor in a downstairs bedroom. When informed of the condition of the property, the management company offered to send housekeeping but it was evident that the job required more than just routine housekeeping. We were so glad our stay was only two nights, as we will certainly never book a stay at a property managed by this company again! Future renters beware!

    Property is nice, listing is misleading. It is not 4 bedrooms. It is 3 bedrooms and there is an additional “room” that is a loft with no door for privacy.
