The ground level provides covered parking and the 5th bedroom (no bathroom located on this floor).Additional features include elevator to every floor, laundry room with utility sink, screened porch with adjacent sundeck and private backyard with woodland backdrop.

Walk or bike to the beach. Close proximity to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, golf courses, local shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is 80 miles south. Myrtle Beach is 20 miles north.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.

Pet Friendly:

    There are pros and cons of this location:Pros - the property is on a nice street and the house is secluded compared to the other houses on the street. The house is spacious and the screened patio is very nice. The room are good sized and the master suite is especially nice and big with a great sized bathroom with a great shower with multiple heads.Cons - The listing says 5 bedrooms but the basement room is quite cold (in Dec.) with no independent heat, the listing says 5 bathrooms but it is actually 4.5 bathrooms, the listing says it has a water view but it does not. The house has numerous steep staircases that wouldn’t support guests with limited mobility and the elevator is finicky and sometimes doesn’t doesn’t open on the ground floor. The cleaning in the bedrooms was below standards with dust on most blinds and windowsills which gave my daughter allergic issues. The house does not provide a written guide on the houses use so many of the operations of the house were trial and error - a guide would have been very helpful. For example, there are 30 light switches and wall knobs of the main floor alone…many of which we never figured their use! Think there is a whole house sound system that we never figured out how to use!

    Clean, new, comfortable. En suite bathrooms for all bedrooms was very nice for our group of middle aged golfers on a weekend golf getaway! Kitchen and living room very spacious and well-appointed. Very close to the Pawleys Island collection of nice golf courses: a 12-15 minute drive at most. Pleasantly surprised to find ample shopping/supermarkets very close by as well. Peaceful and quiet community location. Check-in was slightly clunky as the small managing realty company closes at 5 pm- but they did have a lockbox for us which worked out fine. The ad suggested you check in at the Resort? Not a big deal at all. Highly recommend the house!

    The home was beautiful and was much larger than expected. Our group of 12 fit comfortably and everyone had plenty of space. The large living room and couch made it a great central gathering place. Jenny and Cathy from the management team were both extremely helpful and friendly to assist with any needs we had.
