The house has a 50 Smart TV, DVD player, and stereo and benefits from a split system air conditioning/heating unit, perfect to cool down after a hot day at the beach or warm up on a chilly night. Full kitchen facilities including microwave make for easy food preparation. A double garage can easily house any trailer or boat with complete security.
