Stayed Aug 26, 2025It was our first time in Seabrook and we loved it! This cottage was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We traveled with our dog and baby. The cottage is very dog friendly with dog bowls, mat and a dog sheet for the furniture. The cottage is in the farm district and about a 15 walk into town. It was very peaceful! We would love to come back.

Stayed May 9, 2025Clean, comfortable, compact cottage in Farm District, well-equipped, as usual, showing a bit of wear (we've stayed here several years). Only nit is initial entry using key lock never works, key pad is old and instructions for use are unclear.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We loved our stay at Morningside, and was perfect for me, my 7 and 5y.o. Kids loved the loft space and the home was cute, clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped with cookware, utensils, etc. We loved the location and enjoyed being near the playground and horse barn.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We have stayed in various other houses this size and I just absolutely love this one. It’s tastefully decorated- not too cheesy beachy- well organized with all you need in the kitchen including necessary spices. Our favorite part is the fact that it’s dog friendly AND a king size bed! We will be back for sure.
