You will love this 3BR/2.5BA coastal home with gorgeous views of Palmetto Lake. The property is nestled amongst lush, low country landscaping with extra privacy provided by the adjacent lot. A welcoming front porch greets you in classic low country style. Step inside and appreciate the hardwood flooring and the abundance of natural light streaming from the windows. The living room area is highlighted by the wall mounted 65 Smart HDTV with Bluetooth sound bar. French doors open to the front porch. The dining room is adjacent to the living room area with seating for 7. Another set of French doors access the expansive back deck overlooking Palmetto Lake. A large dining table set provides additional outdoor seating options. A propane grill is located in the garage for your favorite BBQ delights. Relax and soak up the natural beauty of Seabrook Island.

The large, open kitchen is fully stocked with new cook and serve ware highlighted by Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. You'll appreciate the ample counter space with counter height seating for 2.

Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. A powder room is also on the first floor.

The first floor primary suite features a king bed, 55 Smart HDTV and en suite bath. The updated primary bath has a shower, single vanity and hair dryer.

Upstairs are 2 additional guest rooms that share a full hall access bath. This spacious bath is updated with single vanity, tub/shower combination and hair dryer. The first guest room has a queen bed with 43 Smart HDTV. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds.

The home also has an ergonomic office chair and a folding card table that works as a temporary office setup in the front upstairs bedroom.

Unique to Seabrook Village is a fantastic neighborhood pool and picnic area stretching out into Palmetto Lake. From here you can see the Lake House within easy walking distance where you'll also find a playground, basketball court and outdoor pool. Hop on a bike and ride the path to the Seabrook Racquet Club, into Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Shopping Village. A short car ride or more adventurous bike ride, (2.5 miles), will take you to Seabrook's North Beach. Enjoy 3.5 miles of spectacular beach that is truly a piece of paradise.

Up to (2) dogs welcome with additional fees per pet to apply.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

    This was an amazing house! We are pretty particular and this was by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It had a VERY well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for everyone, a large laundry room, games, books, bicycles, beach chairs, and I could go on and on. The beds were very comfortable, and it made it hard for this Mama to want to get up in the mornings. The private pool was really nice and there was never anyone there when we went. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. My only complaint is that it went by way too fast and we did not want to leave. 10/10 - Highly recommend!

    We had a wonderful five days on Seabrook and absolutely loved the house! The communication from the property management was excellent and the house itself is lovely and in a great location. We will absolutely book this property again!

    Great trip to Seabrook. 2 pools very close within walking distance. The amenity cards (not included) were a little extra, but worth it to enjoy the Oceanside pool and club dining. House was clean with a great back deck with a partial view of the lake. Great place to relax.

    This is our second stay on Seabrook Island and first at this property. The house was fabulous and had all we needed - big kitchen, nice appliances, comfy beds, etc. We loved the location with the trail behind it that led to the Lakehouse with fitness center (we went daily for an additional cost) and smaller community pool even closer. We saw many deer, bunnies, water birds and a giant alligator (don’t let dogs near the lake!) just in our daily walks. Were super happy we could bring our dogs! Beach access was an easy drive (parking sometimes hard to find) and we researched to know how to see the dolphins strand feed and it was a highlight of our trip again and worth the walk! We also love the shopping/restaurant area nearby at the Freshfields Village (easy bike ride - I even walked to it one day). The only negatives are that the restaurant hours on Seabrook are very limited. Hardly anything is open on Sundays and Mondays, and things seem to close early. With the limited options, restaurants are super busy with long waits. Even our favorite ice cream shop at the pharmacy (a must try!) is closed on part of the weekends, afternoons/evenings, and Sundays and Mondays. Also, there was no privacy in the main floor of the house in the kitchen, dining, and living area - the shades were see-through so helped block the sun but everyone can see in. There was also a lot of construction noise from nearby building, but not the fault of the owners and will end with time. We will return !

    We had a wonderful time. The view from back porch over lake absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well equipped. It was a nice treat to find bikes for use in garage.
