Seabrook Beach waterfront harbor home Stunning views-dog friendly

This house is beautiful right on the water with the most amazing views, each floor is like its own little apartment with its own deck overlooking the water. I am a clean freak and the cleanliness of this house was top notch. Very short drive to downtown Hampton strip. John was very nice and check in was seamless, even offered an early check in! We will definetly be back!!

I brought my staff (5 women) here to stay because we had a wedding to do in Rye and pricing for rentals in that area are so pricey! When I looked in Seabrook I stumbled on this gem. The pictures do not do it justice, it is awesome. It has four floors, basement is like a mini apartment, perfect place to hide teenage kids or a small family (murphy bed, twin bedroom, foldout couch, kitchen, bathroom). The middle/ main floor is where all the action happens. Great Living room, bathroom, washer/ dryer, awesome kitchen, and a sunroom/ dining room that leads out to the deck with two awesome sitting areas. you can get right down to the sandy beach if the tide is right. The second floor has a kids bedroom with a bunk bed (not comfy but kids wont notice) and couch thing and doors to the second deck! The other bedroom has a beautiful queen bed a slider that leads to the deck and is attached to the bathroom. The top floor Captains Quarters is gorgeous with a huge king sized bed, a mini kitchenette, sitting area, tv, futon/ couch thing (not comfortable for sleeping) and an insane bathroom with a soaking tub that looks out onto a deck and a view of the marsh. It also has a second washer/ dryer, a beautiful shower, double sinks and a toilet with a bidet;) IYKYK how great that is. Overall, the house was perfect. The restaurant Tuna Striker is a short walk and absolutely delicious FYI.

This is our second time staying at this house. It’s a perfect location between Salisbury and Hampton to walk around for lunch or shopping. We also enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and to enjoy a cocktail and deep sea fishing on the same road. We had 3 toddlers under 3 plus a 2 month old and there was plenty of space for kids, pack and plays, and keeping them contained and safe on the deck! We loved walking out in the sand during low tide and playing in the “waves” when the tide was coming. Fishing is great right off the deck. We would recommend this place to anyone. John is great and very communicative leading up to our stay!!

John is a phenomenal host who makes everything very easy and enjoyable. He was amazingly responsive to the few questions we had before our stay. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Beautiful sunsets and water views off the decks out back and a very short walk to the open ocean Seabrook beach which is wonderful. We couldn't have had a better vacation.

We had a lovely week here. Close to beaches, restaurants in walking distance, and activities at house for teens. Plus plenty of space for everyone. Definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for our group. The rooms upstairs and main floor had great views, the porches offered sunrise and sunset watching, and the watercraft available for use was a nice touch. Our group had a couple kiddos and the layout and acoustics were such that we weren’t worried about waking them up after early bedtimes. We will be back!

The beach house was amazing. It was exceptionally clean. It was exactly as described and even better. We really appreciated the warm water outdoor shower for rinsing off especially for the dog. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The 3rd floor amenities were incredible, way beyond what we expected. I contacted John when I arrived and he responded immediately. He is a very accommodating host. We had a good conversation and some laughs. I highly recommend renting from him. Thank you John

We loved this home so much we are going to book it again next summer! Our family of 8 adults and 3 kids (ages 80s to newborn) had plenty of room to relax, play, cook, and swim. When the tide goes out there is plenty of sand to play in with your own private beach. No need to pack and lug anything across the busy street. When the tide is in it’s fun the play in the water and on the raft. The fishing was fantastic. We caught 5 large strippers right from the deck! The kitchen was large and had everything you could need. Plenty of sitting spaces inside and out and bedrooms for everyone. One bedroom is more kid focused with futons and the master suite was beautiful. We loved walking to the local restaurants and markets and Hampton beach was a short 10 minute drive to walk around. . Would 100% recommend to any family or group looking for a quiet home close to attractions.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is great for walking to ocean beach or enjoying the beautiful decks and porches right on the inlet/harbor. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Plenty of parking. John was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this vacation spot!

This property is exceptional. Our large family including our dog loved the spacious rooms and outdoor spaces where we could gather comfortably and enjoy the fabulous harbor. The views do not disappoint any time of day. The street is quiet and the properties well kept. It's ideally located for day trips to Boston and the Maine coast or visiting the local beaches and attractions. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. A bonus is how well sound proofed the bedrooms are easily accommodating everyone's bedtime preferences. Communication with John, the host, was great. We cannot say enough good things about our stay and highly recommend this property.

This was our first trip with 3 families, and we could not have found a better spot! Spacious living/dining areas, easy access to beautiful bedrooms. Views of the magnificent harbor from every room! Our own personal access to the calm water with kayaking/SUP! A simple straight 5-10 min walk to the beach. And friendly and immediate communications with John and Melissa before/during/after our stay to ensure everything went smoothly This gem has truly made lifelong memories for our families!

The house and property had everything we needed for a wonderful time away with family! The house was well equipped with every amenity we could ask for, the location was perfect for us, and the sunset views were breath-taking. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the house! We had a rich experience and an amazing vacation!

We had a family get together, with wide range of ages. Everyone loved it. The Reno NV family had not ever been on the ocean and now love it. The house was well prepared for many meals we cooked together. lots of room to be together and be separate. Bay beach, boats, easy access to ocean were perfect. Sunsets and sunrises perfect. Even the Saturday evening storm was fun to watch as a family. Only regret it was too short. We will be back.

We were a big family group with mixed ages and absolutely loved this house. The variety of bedrooms and sleeping options was perfect. The house had ABSOLUTELY everything we needed (a dream come true for someone that stays in rental houses regularly). I already miss my morning coffee on the back deck and learning about the tide coming in and out. The area is really great, restaurants within walking distance and the beach was glorious. We had our family dog with us and she loved all the smells and activity that she could see from the deck as well. We were there to enjoy some fireworks and that was very memorable for all of us. Hope to stay at this beautiful beach vacation house again, would highly reccommend.
