• Please park on the right side of the ground-floor driveway
• Two additional overflow parking spots are available on the lawn in front of the house
The home features a keyless smart lock. Your access code will be sent in the morning of the check-in day.

Additional Guest Fee
Reservations include up to 3 guests. For 4 or more guests, an additional fee of $15 per person per night will apply. All guests must be registered on the reservation.

• No parties or events: This is a quiet waterfront residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
• Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any indoor smoking will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
• Pets: No pets allowed on the property at any time. Active security cameras are monitoring the outdoor areas, and non-compliance will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
• Care of the home: Please treat the home with care. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible—we understand accidents happen.

    Excellent property and host. The unit was spotless! And it had a great view of the boardwalk and fireworks. We were in town for a wedding at The Waters Edge Venue. This unit was only five minutes away. I highly recommend staying here. We will again when we return to the area.

    The place was very nice. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed, hot showers/baths and morning coffee on the front balcony. My husband enjoyed direct access to unlimited fishing. I didn’t realize the place had two units. The unit with the balcony over the water is the one that is leased to someone else. So your only view of the water is from the front balcony over looking the water across the street. We also wished there was a tv in the bedroom. We work a lot and looked forward to a restful day, laying in bed and relaxing with a movie. Other than that the stay was nice.

    The property is in pristine condition, with great views of both Clear Lake and the bay. It's adequately equipped for most cooking needs, including an air fryer, pots and pans, sharp knives, and a blender etc. We also appreciated the very close proximity to the wholesale seafood markets and the Kemah boardwalk (a nice view lit up at night across the bay as well). Owner responses were always quick.

    We had a pleasant stay at this beach home. Plenty of space for 4 adults and two little ones. I had seen complaints about the skimpy supply of towels, but what some may not have noticed is that in both bedrooms there was a basket full of towels. The beds were comfortable, even for us as older people. My one disappointment is that kitchen utensils and dishtowels were in short supply. There are plenty of appliances but short on pots and pans as well as small items in the drawers. Perhaps that isn't important to most if they are eating out most meals, but we had two under 2 years so we were in for most meals. In general, many VRBO's has more niceties to make you want to rent that property again. This one has all the basics, though.

    Have all you need to stay in a rental, nice place, nice view and prompt response from owner. One thing I wish they have is curtain instead of blind in the bedroom window, because of sun reflection.

    This unit is super clean, is a nice big space with a great balcony/porch with a view of the bay! The host was quick to respond to any of my questions before, during and after our stay. The king bed is really comfortable too! We stayed here for my husband’s birthday which I happened to mention when booking and were pleasantly surprised with birthday signs and a balloon inside when we arrived which made my husband feel special. The unit had everything we needed and it appeared that everything was new. There was nothing they could have done to make our stay better!!You can watch the Kemah Boardwalk fireworks from the balcony and it is a quick 10 minute drive over the bridge and you’re at the Boardwalk. If we ever come back to the area, we will be sure to book this unit if it’s available.
