Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including:

One locked storage room is reserved for owner supplies and is not accessible to guests.
Parking:
• Dedicated parking spaces available (fits multiple vehicles)
• Please park on the right side of the ground-floor driveway
• Two additional overflow parking spots are available on the lawn in front of the house
The home features a keyless smart lock. Your access code will be sent in the morning of the check-in day.

Additional Guest Fee
Reservations include up to 3 guests. For 4 or more guests, an additional fee of $15 per person per night will apply. All guests must be registered on the reservation.

❌ Please note that the backyard opens directly to the water. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety while using the outdoor and waterfront areas.

House Rules
• Registered guests only: Due to local regulations and insurance requirements, all guests must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests. Failure to update your booking may result in cancellation without refund. Please ensure your reservation reflects any changes in your plans.
• No parties or events: This is a quiet waterfront residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
• Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any indoor smoking will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
• Pets: No pets allowed on the property at any time. Active security cameras are monitoring the outdoor areas, and non-compliance will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
• Care of the home: Please treat the home with care. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible—we understand accidents happen.
