Stayed Jan 8, 2026Excellent location, easily walk to beach and close to town. House itself is spacious and comfortable, with a great garden for kids. However everything is a little run down and could do with some maintenance and a refresh. Kitchen was a bit grubby and needs a proper clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy.

Clean and a great outdoor area. Perfect location for rest, relaxing and access to Dunsborough town and beyond. Loved our stay.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze on Peppermint. Brought visiting family to explore the area. The property is beautiful and very well equipped. I loved the outdoor area with the luscious lawns and trees. Would definitely be back soon.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022We all loved this property. It’s very spacious, neat and tidy and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - on a nice quiet street and a very short stroll to the beach. The only negative is the deck area which is in desperate need of some TLC. If the owners could address this it would definitely be 5 starts from us!

Stayed Mar 5, 2022This is a quiet location a couple of minutes walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to town. The house was clean but needs some maintenance. The second bathroom is very confined in space. Kitchen has everything needed.

Stayed Sep 29, 2021The owner was very welcoming and responded quickly to all messages. The house was well kitted out - lots of kitchen equipment, lovely smelling soap in the bathrooms. Great location - 20 minute walk into Dunsborough town and about 2 minutes to the beach.
