Welcome to Seabreeze Haven in Cowes, Phillip Island. The perfect holiday home to escape from all the hustle and bustle of the busy metropolis for families, couples, group of friends and business travelers. You will be surrounded with an incredibly tranquil and joyful experiences that Phillip Island has to offers. Our holiday home is tastefully styled and filled with all the comforts required for home away from home.

We’re located at a quiet residential area where a stunning coastline, lakeside view, sprawling with friendly wildlife are at our door steps. Family friendly beaches, renowned fishing hot spots and Cowes boat ramp are all very close by. Red Rock beach is approximately 500 meters walk away. About 5 minutes drive will get you to Cowes shopping center and beach. Only a short drive to get to Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade, the Nobbie, Wildlife Park, Koala Reserve, A MazeNThing, Chocolate factory, Cowes shopping centre, Rhyll Trout and Bush Tucker Farm and many other local tourist attractions.

Seabreeze Haven is a recently built double story home features 4 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom with ensuite, WIR and balcony in front of the house where you can sit back and sip cold beer in summer enjoying the fresh sea breeze while overlooking and listening to the friendly birds chirping over the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 separate living areas and entertaining zones that are filled with natural light and TVs with Netflix, free unlimited WIFI and super comfy lounge sets that will never make a day indoor boring. Perfect privacy offered for 2 families or couples to share the spaces.

On top of that, there is a slate pool table with all accessories for endless entertainment downstairs. There is also a laptop friendly work space upstairs if you need to catch up on work.

Nespresso coffee Machine is another bonus for making delightful morning coffees (coffee capsules will be provided for start up). Kitchen is well equipped with all the essential utensils and all the basics such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.. where you can prepare and enjoy meals indoor or outdoor on the large decking area at the back overlooking the backyard charming garden. Barbecue facility is also provided. Please clean the barbecue after use or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

We have an 8 KW reverse cycle split systems air conditioning/heater in the living area upstairs and another one in the central living and dining area downstairs, 5 KW split systems in the master bedroom and other bedrooms have ceiling fans and wall mounted fan for year round comforts. Our driveway can be parked 4 cars or 3 cars and 1 boat.

- Bedroom 4: One queen bed and One king single bed

*Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs and No stair gates at the top and bottom of stairways. Children need to be supervised by adult at all time.

The house can comfortably accommodate maximum of 10 guests.


*Linens

With all standard bookings, we provide doonas & doona covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels.

*All guests need to bring are their own sheets(flat and fitted), pillowcases & towels. Alternatively, these can be arranged at an additional cost of $30 for a king or a queen bed and $15 for a king single or single bed. Please advise if you prefer to have these arranged.

We offer 10% discount for weekly booking and 20% off for monthly booking.

Pets
Your beloved pet hasn't been forgotten either. The large back yard is fully fenced so your four legged friend is safe to explore the surrounds. You need to bring their bedding & leads. Please pick up all droppings from surrounds and leave the property in a clean state. There is plenty of shade for them in the outdoor entertainment area and the yard is a great size. Please let us know when you book if you wish to bring your pet.

Other features include a lockup garage, laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a full size clothes line outside. Outdoor shower to wash off sand and salt when returning from the beach. Huge yard fully fenced to ensure safety for children and pets to run around.

Parties/Schoolies Policy

We respectfully ask that you do not book if you intend to hold parties, or invite more guests to the property than the guests agreed, breach of these conditions will incur a loss of bond and you will be asked to leave. We are very conscious of our neighbours and are therefore not suitable for large groups or parties.
We are unable to accept schoolies bookings as we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate these bookings.

Please note

This is a non-smoking property – smoking is permitted outside only.
It will be resulted in loss of bond if there is a damage done to the property/furnishings. The house should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Rubbish removal will be charged for any rubbish that is not left in the bins.

You will never get bored on Phillip Island! There are plenty of things to do:

-Discover beaches, wildlife
-Enjoy a game of golf, surfing, swimming or fishing
-See the Penguin Parade
-Take the kids to the Chocolate Factory
-Visit Amaze'n'Things
-Visit the wildlife sanctuaries to feed the kangaroos and cuddle the koalas
-Feed the pelicans at San Remo Jetty
-Wander around the pretty townships of Cowes and San Remo

-Go ten-pin bowling
-Take one of the numerous delightfully planned nature walks
-Visit nearby Churchill Island
-Head to the Phillip Island airport where helicopter scenic flights are available, sky diving or visit the National Vietnam Veterans Museum.
-Treat yourself to a great selection of Restaurants and gourmet eateries.
