Seabatical-Gulf Front Home with Private Beach Crossover, 3 King suites

Absolutely loved this place! Beautifully decorated and clean. Bedroom set up downstairs was a little weird because bedrooms 3&4 were connected with a glass door between, but other than that it was perfect. The hosts were super communicative and we had everything bff we needed. We definitely plan to stay there again!

It’s a perfect location. The house had a few issues. No internet all 4 days.reported but not addressed. Water in light switch this was fixed. Lights on upstairs balcony wouldn’t shut off we had to remove bulbs. Fan didn’t work upstairs. I’ve never rented in Florida but literally not even salt and pepper. More limited kitchen wares than I’m used to at this level of property. We did contact them about the water it the switch and it was fixed after two visits. We decided to live with the rest because we didn’t want maintenance visits all weekend. Also the 9am check out. It was so hard to get 12 people up and out by 9. We did ask for a later checkout but it was firm, though they had said before our arrival that it would depend. Just be aware.

The Pier was only 2 miles away and a running trail was just across the street. The property was very clean and well maintained. Property management was available, responsive and provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Seabatical! Our family group is 11 and we had the perfect amount of space and layout for us to spread out! There was everything we needed in the kitchen and this unit has beautiful furnishings. So easy to just use the walkway to the beach which is gorgeous! The location is perfect and close to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops and the causeway to get over to Navarre. Also, other tenants had left some beach items which we used and was so helpful with 6 kids! This was our first family vacation together and staying at Seabatical helped make it even more memorable!

We had a great time and will definitely be back! The house was very clean, a short walk to the beach, and wonderful amenities.

The townhouse was great!! Furnished with everything we needed. The house was clean and relaxing. The back decks look out onto the beach. Bring baby gates if you have children you want to keep off the stairs. The boardwalk is shared by the other 3 houses but is not a problem. The boardwalk takes you straight to the sand. You do have steps to go down to the sand, so you will need 2 people to carry things like wagons. Navarre is a very active beach for shelling in the morning and crab hunting at night. The week we were there, was a double red flag. No swimming due to rip tides. It was very windy so putting up canopies was a struggle. Bring extra long stakes and rope to tie down. Bring indoor family games if the kids get bored with the beach. The location of this property is far enough away from the condo towers that the beach area was not crowded. It is next to a public access entrance but it was not a problem. We loved this house and hope to come back someday!!

Reviewer Comments: Thanks to Blue Moon Rentals we were able to have a great vacation with friends and were able to not worry so much on things like time to travel to the beach. The location was great and the service was great. Items that didn’t work when we arrived got replaced for us quickly and we had a wonderful time there.
