Stayed Sep 6, 2025Our stay at this property had some challenges that I think future guests should be aware of. When we arrived, we noticed quite a bit of dust and pet hair, which made the space feel less clean than expected. The refrigerator was not working during our stay, and while a dorm-sized fridge was provided, it really wasn’t enough space for four adults for a full week.The layout also has many steps, including some leading up to the bed, which could be difficult for anyone needing to get up during the night or with mobility concerns. In addition, the gate codes provided for the pool were incorrect, which caused some frustration, and communication with the management company could have been more responsive.While the property has potential, these issues made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025Place is very nice & in a great location if you like to go to the beach. The refrigerator in the kitchen was not cold enough & food spoiled in 2 days. Blue Swell did bring in a small refrigerator for me to use but that took up more space in the main area .

Stayed Jul 13, 2025I had a wonderful time this summer at Carillon Beach. I absolutely loved the community—it’s peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house we stayed in was beautiful, fully equipped with all the comforts you could ask for. And the beach? Simply excellent—clean, calm, and ideal for enjoying the sun and sea. I’m already looking forward to going back!
