Sea View Escape

Kitchen had very little to use with horrible knives. Needed to dusted and cleaned. One of the bathrooms smelled awful! King bed was poor quality. Poor quality linens and not enough. Bad parking. Loud neighbors. Great location but overall will notStay there again.

Had a great time, this was our 1st time staying in San Clemente but for sure will not be our last. Everything you need is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive, beach, food, cafes, pier and cant forget the outlets for those shoppers in the family. The place was clean cozy and fully stocked but the sunsets while sitting in the dining room were priceless.

Pros- clean, nice view and enjoyed the very cute town ofSan Clemente Cons- Maintenance needed on many aspects of the rental including the spring-filled king mattress which needed to be replaced. Seems to be run by a company, no one replied after we emailed them. Ad says it is 10 houses from the beach, but note that it is three long blocks, including one big hill. On that walk, I’ve counted 21 houses so unless there’s some shortcut that no one told us about, it is not as close as described.

Very easy communication with the host. Location was perfect. As could be expected from these types of structures, not the most noise insulated from upstairs guests/tenants, but it was manageable. Overall experience was very good. The place was nicely furnished, clean,

Perhaps one of the worst VRBO experiences ever. There were 4 adults staying and the location was advertised as sleeps six. The third bed option was a blow up bed. Not a place for adults at all. Perhaps children or teenagers without any care where they slept at night. Also, place was not very clean.

A very nice place to stay. Clean and the view was amazing! I highly recommend it!

Nice property, easy access, seamless check in. Patio space was lovely but we did not get to use it as “May Gray” weather was full on!

The location is excellent with wonderful views and easy walking to the beach and restaurants and even the pier. The property was perfect with the view from the kitchen and TV room and patio. It was really wonderful

We enjoyed our private getaway. Everything was very nice a bit dated in some areas but other than that it was nice

The apartment had everything you needed, including lots of towels, which is unusual. The only quibble was that the listing made it look from the picture like the Beach was right outside the door when it was a bit of a walk. go down the hill turn the corner go down the steep staircases and you get to the beach, but it is not right outside the door. Anyway, to make up for that a great café down the block, which had fabulous breakfasts and lunches. Great neighborhood easy to drive to town. Everything about the place was absolutely fine. We had gray weather which blocked the fabulous views. appreciated the coffee and wine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice, roomy, older second story lodging with a good view of the Pacific. Very clean and neat. One small glitch with the plumbing which the friendly hostess remedied immediately. Nice breezes. Tight parking.

Perfect place in San Clemente. Place had everything you need for a quick stay.
