Sea view apartment in the Old town with balcony

Great location. Nice balcony with great view of old town. Lots of steps to get up to the room but similar to most in the area. Owner and Property manager we’re very helpful and responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time . Stayed a week and the location is perfect if you are a numbers person there are 139 stairs to get from the main old town level to inside the unit ?. Everything you need is there. The beds need a bit of attention as do the sheets but didn’t effect our trip.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment, and Daniela was a terrific host. The air conditioning worked well, and the view from the outdoor terrace was magical. with countless restaurants nearby and a small market just off the square, the location couldn't have been better! We had a wonderful time, and would recommend this location and this host. Being in Old Town was truly special.

Daniela is a wonderful host! So helpful and very accomodating! The apartment is in a great location next to the wall and down a bit from the Buza. To stay in this walled city is an incredible expericence! The balcony was a special treat. Thank you so much Daniela for a wonderful stay! Hope to come back some day!

The flat had the most stunning views and was in an absolutely fabulous location! It's true about the amount of stairs, but you get used to it and it is absolutely worth it. Daniela was lovely, extremely communicative and organised a very friendly guide to show us to the flat, many thanks! Clean, tidy and exactly what 6 of us needed - I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Overall we had a great experience. The property owner met us and walked us to the apartment and was very available to answer questions and make recommendations. She is also a tour guide and we got a private tour of Dubrovnik. The apartment was large and conveniently located in old town. I would rate the beds and couches a 3 out of 5 and the apartment was a little warm. Other than that we were very comfortable and I would recommend this apartment for others to stay at.

The property was great! Highly recommend....Patio was amazing, love a place with outside space. Apartment was clean and just as expected The property owner was very accommodating and accessible. She help us hire people to bring our luggage up to/from the apartment. The Location is amazing we loved it the city wall was just a few feet , we are senior citizens but still in good shape, there are stairs throughout the city including access the this apartment.

This place is awesome. Right on the wall with Ocean views from the top floor bedroom and a fabulous terrace with views over the city. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the old city to explore. It is right next to the famous bar and swimming area perched on the outside of the city walls accessed thru a passage thru the wall.

If you want a vacation in the old city of Dubrovnik, you will not find a better place. Super appartment with 3 bedrooms. Really nice for a big family. The landlord is super and really helpfull in arranging your stay. We had a great week and we all would recommend the place 100%.
