Sea Urchins, Unit 2. 5 BR. Beachview. The Beach, so close, for less! Pool.

Our first family vacation ever with all kids and grandkids. We had 8 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room including 4 vehicles. Going to the beach was easy as the house is literally right by the cross walk to the beach access. With little ones that was important. The owners provided timely communication preparing us for our trip. Gulf Shores was not on our radar as our plans changed due to unexpected construction on the home we were initially renting at cape San blas Florida. We will definitely come back again.

Pool area was very nice

It was perfect for our needs. Easy access to the beach and plenty of room.

Great stay, lots of beds! Close to beach! Had two fridges which came in handy. Dryer sometimes needed two cycles, but workable.

Just wanted to let you know how much fun we had staying at the Sea Urchins North property this last week! We stayed there three years ago with my husband's family and couldn't wait to come back with our friends and their kids. Excellent communication! I greatly appreciated all of the details provided from the host, and they went out of their way to reach out when we had to unexpectedly cancel. Fortunately we had purchased travel insurance, but again, the responsiveness was top notch. We will be looking to book with them again in the near future

We had a FABULOUS vacation! We found the house nice and clean with everything in a very obvious place. We appreciated the 2 fridges with all the time we spend on the beach. There wasn't anything we wanted/needed that we didn't easily find in the home except storage containers. Silly thing to need, I realize, but that was something we would've loved to have. We've been here twice. It's a great place to stay. Plenty of room for a big fam and close to the beach. The pool is an extra wow factor. We loved our stay and will return.[Wonderful! It was GREAT! The house accommodated my family of 16 great. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. I have already booked for next year.

Loved our stay and had a great time! Only one item that I think you could address is that the light in the pool that was not working in 2020 is still out. It would add so much to an evening spent by the pool. We will return to Gulf Shores in the next year or two and be in touch.[Thanks Phil! Glad you all had a fantastic time again. So, about that pool light... it is actually not still out. :-) I confirmed with the pool guys it was repaired and has been working, so I think it was one of those coincidences when it happened to be out again... They are going to check it. FWIW, if its not working for you when you come back, or if _anything_ is amiss, ever, just shoot me or Bama Beach Houses a note during the stay and we can have it checked asap. If I remember correctly, it also involves two switches, an annoying design that is present in a couple of my places that was supposed to make it 'convenient' but confuses people two. In any event, we can help with it next time! They are pretty good about same day/next day service as long as whatever is needed is available, and happy to come out so the kiddos (and adults) can have a lit pool!Thanks again for returning to our place, and for taking the time to share your experience with my home. The house was clean and in a great location. Directly across the street from beach access. The pool was clean and had a nice shaded area. Everything we needed was available. There was even a charcoal grill that was not expected. The only downfall we had was the main floors A/C could not keep up. It stayed above 75 the entire time. We even kept all the shades closed to not let sun in. But, we were on the go and in and out of the pool so it wasn't too bad. Overall, great vacation and I would stay here again. [Hi Malinda. Thanks! Glad you had a great time. I sent HVAC guys over once I saw this. They indicated the unit was frozen up and had it cooling 100% in a few minutes. Next time you come, please just shoot us a note so we can get someone right over to help with anything you may need--that is what we are here for! --BBH]
