This is our beachy park model home and recently renovated. If you think a Tiny House might be a little too small but love the concept and want to be among Tiny Houses- this is the unit for you. Full sized kitchen, Living Room, full bath and one bedroom with a Queen Bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 pull out couches in living room. We provide bed linens, bath towels, Kitchen utensils, plates, Kuerig and more. Great vacation home and 3/4 of a mile from the beach.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We liked the space. Wifi doesn't work, bed was lumpy . The living room furniture was lumpy. Just needs a update.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025The property had almost everything that was needed. Only thing for our unit that would complete the experience would be laundry detergent and working wifi. Other than that is was perfect for my wife and our dogs needs. Unit was clean, had pots/ pans/ plates, cups, utensils, soap, dish soap, extra blankets and pillows. If we had stayed longer we would have lived to walked down the road to the grill/ bar that looked awesome.

Stayed May 1, 2024We stayed here last year and it seemed cleaner then. This time the pillows and bedding smelled like they were sprayed with some aweful perfume and floors were not scrubbed. They also didnt provide coffee cups. Kinda disappointed this time.

Stayed Feb 21, 2022We (a couple and our 9 yr old) had an excellent experience at the sea turtle house; it was clean, easy to find and access, well located, and had everything we needed. We received a check-in text and follow up from the property manager. Highly recommend for a stay in southern Sarasota.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Booked a last minute stay and glad we did! My youngest kiddo loves turtles so the look on her face when we pulled up was priceless. Easy check in. A comfortable spot to relax when not hanging out at the beach. (Gorgeous Siesta Beach is so close!) So fun to see all the tiny homes surrounding the property and totally intrigued to learn more about them. Thanks so much for a great getaway!
