We left a day early due to constant rain. We only had a few days there, so not much of a vacation. The house was fine, but mother nature ruined the trip.

This property is located in a nice quieter area and great for our range of ages. Two negative things were the floor was very dirty, not just sand but made our feet black. The wifi dropped off all the time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Reviewer Comments: location good. layout good. should have third a/c-one for each floor. first floor a/c very loud; ended up with drip pan overflowing. fortunately we were leaving a day early. some type of biting insect in third floor, beachside bedroom. floors gritty from the time we arrived. doubt if they were vacuumed and mopped prior to our arrival. kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. no issue there. alligator in pond. not good when young children present. it actually came into the garage at one point. kids nicknamed him chomper.

I traveled with family and friends for spring break. I would NOT recommend this property if you have teenagers.

We had a lot of fun. I recommend visiting the place.

House is very spacious. Plenty of beds and baths for our group of 11. Very comfy beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved having full sized washer and dryer.

We had a group of 16, it was a comfortable stay. There’s are 5 private bedrooms and 1 loft area. There was space for more on beds, but not private bedrooms. Pool is on the way to the beach. Beach access was awesome. We did go out to the bay side, but the pier needs some work. We planned meals in advance and only ate out in small groups. Takes a bit to get to the touristy side of things but if you are looking for family time on the beach, eating and playing together, this home is well suited. We were all able to gather together to play games or eat together in the living area. We would book it again.

Little further from beach than advertised but still within walking distance. Neighborhood pool is a plus. View not as spectacular as advertised. The property was just a advertised. We were a family of 16. We visit gulf shores every year. This property accommodated us well! It's stocked with everything you need. You may want to get paper plates, cutlery, paper towels & plates. It's a few steps from the beach with the pool next door. I didn't care for the 30 minute drive to get to the area where th hangout & souvenir shops are but it wasn't bad. The only down fall was the internet was out, though I called and received a prompt response, which they sent the maintenance guy right away but it was an issue he couldn't fix even though he tried his best. The tech wouldnt be able to come until that Monday which means it was out the full duration of our stay. Can you imagine being in the house with 8 teens with no wifi for the entire vacation!!! So that one problem almost ruined a great vacation experience. Management was quick responding and very nice.
