Welcome to “Sea Suite our 4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom home in Gulf Place.

LOCATION:

Right across Scenic Highway 30A from both public and private beach access, this conveniently located townhome is in the heart of Gulf Place. The home is just steps from some of the area's most iconic dining (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, etc.), while also offering shops, local art galleries, amphitheater space, a farmers market, and community events.

With easy access to the beach through private access points, three pools (two of which are seasonally heated for Spring Break), two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, dedicated corn hole play area, and nature/jogging trails, you won't have to travel far to enjoy all that this area has to offer.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

“Sea Suite” is a spacious townhome with an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen space. The second-floor living room opens onto the home's private balcony overlooking Gulf Place, and the main seating area comes with a large smart TV, perfect for streaming all your favorite shows.

Between the dining area table and long breakfast bar, there is seating for a full complement of guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, bakeware, and crockery you need to cook to your heart's content.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the way to the second-floor king bedroom which hosts an en suite and private balcony access with seating.

The home's third floor is comprised of a king master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a final queen room with en suite. All bedrooms come equipped with closet space and TVs (excluding bunk room).

AMENITIES:

The home provides beach gear (beach wagon, body boards, beach umbrella, etc.), towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and private parking at the rear of the home for two vehicles.

    Gulf Place is a wonderful spot on 30A where you can park your car and walk to great restaurants and shops- this is a rare 4-bedroom unit where you can have room to spread out and relax-Does have lots of stairs if you have a guest with mobility issues-- five of us had a wonderful time!

    Our stay in gulf place was amazing as usual. There were a few hiccups on arrival, but the property manager/owner was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of room and the property was clean and very close to the walkway for the Gulfplace private beach entrance. The pool is a few steps to the right of this property. No complaints…..The upstairs shower is hard to turn on and the upstairs king bedroom balcony door is hard to close if opened ( but the owner assisted me through these hurdles and it turned out fine) Thank you!

    We really enjoyed the amenities of this fine two bedroom townhouse. We found that the location was ideal to be able to quickly get to the beach and explore the 30A neighborhood. Also, we were less than half of an hour away from scenic gulf drive and all the eateries and entertainments that were on that side of the area. Regrettably, we rented a golf cart for the week and beach chair service for the week. We regretted this because we didn't need the golf cart since everything was within walking distance and the chair service was set up and ready, but the weather wasn't conducive to our using the chairs every day of the week.

    We had the best stay the condo was clean and steps away from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. We used the private entrance and found the beach was way less crowded. We will definitely be staying here again. We had the best time

    Great place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this unit. Great unit, very clean, equipped with everything we needed to take care of a family of 6. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a great place to stay. Close to the beach and any of the 3 pools. A couple of items that needs some attention: When we booked it stated that all bedrooms had TVs in them. The bunkroom does not have a TV in it. I called the property manager, and they were going to correct the listing. Next item was the thermostat that controls the HVAC, we would set it at 70 degrees and a few hours later it would revert to 83 degrees. Overall, I would rent this unit again! Great vacation!!

    My husband and I traveled with our adult son, daughter in law and 3 kiddos age 4 and under. We all loved this beautiful condo. The bathtub/shower combo was amazing to bathe kids. They could splash and it was okay lol. We did go to Walmart and purchase baby gates for peace of mind to block the stairs while we were there. We loved that the shops, some restaurants and beach were an easy walk. We did rent a golf cart while we were there since the children are so young. We also rented beach umbrellas. The condo had plenty of beach gear although we didn’t use anything but the wagon. They did have umbrellas and tents. My husband and I brought our bikes and rode the 30A bike trail which was right around the corner from the condo. We also took the family to the Helen McCall park about 2 miles from the condo. It was clean and a great park for kids. We usually stay in a condo on the beach, but I actually liked this better because of the green space for the kiddos. Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Could not of asked for more. Would definitely stay again.

    The location, surrounding amenities, host communication and property were great! Our grandsons loved all the pool and beach toys the host provided too! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and the place fit our family well. The Santa Rosa Beach fireworks during Fourth of July was an added bonus! Thanks for a great trip full of family memories.

    We really enjoyed our stay last week! The suite was large and fit our family very well. The suite was clean and well equipped w/ essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It also had a large number of beach items available for the kids to use. The pool we used the majority of the time was clean and a close walk to the unit which made it easier for the small children to get to and from. Overall, had a great time and would highly recommend.
