Sea Salt by Holiday Beach Rentals is a vacation dream home located on the west end of Panama City Beach. It features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, and sleeps 20 people. It features a private heated* pool, direct access to the beach, and is perfect for your beach getaway.

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a small living room area complete with high top table and stools, sectional couch and flat screen TV. Down the hallway is your kitchenette area with refrigerator and sink plus a 1/2 bathroom on the side. This makes it more convenient to pop right in off the beach and grab a snack or just to take a break.

The second floor has a great open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 10 guests, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV. Guests can enjoy this space while looking out the full windows and glass doors at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. On the outside deck you will find the pool and a lounge seating area perfect for watching the waves and relaxing. Down the hall there is a half bathroom and two bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms and flat screen TV's, one is a queen over king bunk bedroom and the other is a king room.

Head up to the third floor and you will find enough sleeping for 12 guests. On the north side of the home you will see a king-sized bedroom with a tub/shower combination bathroom in the attached bathroom and across from the hall is a queen over king bunk bed room. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom and a twin bunk bed nook, each with its own flat screen TV overhead. There are two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home, one queen and one king. Each of these rooms has their own personal bathroom, a flat screen TV, and best of all, direct access to a furnished glass balcony overlooking the ocean. The master suite, specifically, features a large bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

    Beautiful location, plenty of room for my three sisters and our families- 8 adults and 8 kids altogether. There are six bedrooms (two with large bunkbeds) plus the bunk area in the upstairs hallway. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool is small but the heating works well and the kids had a blast. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, including two blenders. I did wish salt and pepper etc were there because it felt such a shame to have to buy it and then throw it away. The view and beach access were incredible- from the balcony one evening we could see a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean.

    My husband and I and two other couples came to relax after dealing with damage from the hurricane. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Had everything we needed in a beach house! And the views were just beautiful! Perfect house, perfect location, and blessed with perfect weather. If I had any constructive feedback to give, it would be that the living room furniture is too small for 6”3 men and too small really for more than six people to be comfortable. However, the beds were top notch! Very comfortable mattresses. And we would definitely rent this house again. The living room furniture would not keep us from re-booking!

    House was on quiet part of front beach, still near gas station and restaurants. Beautiful house, tons of space to hang out, amazing quiet beach - 10/10. Mgmt company was an absolute dream - best I’ve probably ever worked with. Would definitely rent this house again for sure!

    We did have two large roaches in one of the bedrooms and the sliding glass door did not lock but overall we were very happy with our stay.

    This was our second time here. Love the fact it’s on the beach and ample space. I would suggest the owner supplying simple items like a multi surface cleaner, more than 1 dishwasher pod and paper towel roll. Also some extra toilet paper would’ve been nice. Common spices like salt and pepper could be saved too.

    This house was perfect for our fabulous vacation! The location was ideal, no traffic and beautiful beach! Plenty of bedrooms, very comfortable beds, places to gather or be apart, if wanted. The children loved their midday pool time when they needed a beach break. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. This house should be #1 on your search!
