Stayed Jul 13, 2024Usually the pictures you see of a property are better than when you see it in person. Not so with Sea-Renity. I was so impressed when I walked in; this was by far the nicest property I’ve rented through VRBO. It was absolutely perfect for my family of five adults and two young children. And Five Star Properties Mgmt was excellent. There is an alarm on the back door out to the pool area that has to be disarmed (pressing a button) each time you exit. But there was no way to disarm when coming back inside. That was a problem in the evenings after the kids were asleep. I called Five Star without much hope, but within a few hours, someone was there to install a bypass button on the outside. Problem solved! Other pointers for potential renters: (1) there are surveillance cameras on the property that aren’t in the property description. But they are in plain sight and not hidden in any way. (2) the pool is very warm. It is smaller than it appears and the sun keeps it quite warm. The property would benefit from a cover over the pool like they have over the parking area. (3) private beach access is in the neighborhood and the provided golf cart and/or bicycles make it a quick and pleasurable trip to the beach. I will definitely rent again!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024I will start by saying the furnishings at this property were exactly as shown, very beautiful. Location and neighborhood were great. Beyond that, this property was a bit of a nightmare. We spent a lot of time on the phone with management to fix numerous items during our stay. 1.We paid to have pool heated. After arrival, we were told it wasn't a heated pool. This was the main reason we rented the property. 2. Construction material left around the property 3. Wifi wasn't hooked up for guests, we waited 2 days for maintenance to connect it. 4. The grill didn't have propane or hose connected to it, again another maintenance call. 5. The AC went out during our stay prompting yet another call to management. 6.The backsplash surround wasn't fixed to the wall and fell on our son-also random finishes throughout not completed. 7. No hammocks on the dock as shown in photos, so this was not really a useable space. 8. No batteries in the remotes forTVs and they were not set up-and no instructions on the property for this. Another maintenance call. 9. There is an air fryer to use, but it was filled with old food and we had to clean it out before using it. 9. No instructions that we needed a key fob to access the beach or instructions to get there. We found the key fobs later in a random drawer. 10. There are cameras throughout the property including facing the pool and on the porch. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A LUXURY RENTAL. OVERALL VERY DISSAPPOINTED.
