Stayed Dec 31, 1969Really nice house loved the lay out. We spent most our time at the rental and on the beach. The view was awesome the sunrise and moon rise was beautiful!!! We always stayed at hotels but going forward we will be staying in places like this!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the house and location. Beachfront and the pool was right across from the driveway. The house was very clean (my family and I used to own/manage a vacation rental company and we were all impressed). Nag’s Head has a lot to offer even towards the end of the tourist season. Great vacation all around. Highly recommend this house and rental company.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second time staying in this unit and we had a wonderful time. The inside of the property was very clean and it was nice to see new rugs. However, there are a few things that kept us from rating the property a full 5: 1. The bedrooms were very warm at night, even with the AC cranked up. 2. The internet speed was very slow, at some times cut out, suggest upgrade speed especially for families with multiple devices. 3. The ice maker in the wet bar was very slow to make new ice, we had to buy ice on a few occassions. 4. The house deck and the pool deck had several nails and splinters, our kids had a few splinters this week. There were boards and nails sticking up at both the house and the pool and we were lucky not to have serious injury. 5. Master bedroom matress on first floor was very firm. 6. Doorbell does not function. 7. The beach chairs and umbrellas were moldy and old. 8. Deck furniture needs to be upgraded. 9.
