Sea Pines Home with private pool & tennis. Also location, location, location!

Property owner was incredibly responsible and communicated throughout the rental time and before.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was just as pictured and described. We spent a lot of our time out on the deck and in the pool which was a hit with the kids. The beach was a short drive away which was a plus.Checking in and out was a breeze and the host was nice enough to extend our check out an hour. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Hilton Head.

The property was perfect for our family of (6). The bedrooms are large, the family room is spacious, and the pool was perfect to cool off on those very hot Hilton Head days! The location is excellent in between South Beach (Salty Dog) and Harbortown with easy access to bike trails. We've been to HHI several times and this is the best property for which we've stayed. Tricia was very communicative and all of our needs were me. We were sad to leave!

We’ve vacationed on Hilton Head for several years but this was our first time staying in Sea Pines. The house was perfect and well stocked. The location made it easy to bike to Harbour Town, South Beach, and a public beach access. We never used the beach trolley but the stop is close to the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool easily fit our family of 4. We highly recommend and will be renting this property again next year!

Perfect house for our family of 5. The owners provided a closet full of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc which we utilized each day. We opted to bring our bikes and it’s an easy 10 minute ride to the beach and Harbour Town. While the house may be slightly dated, it is very clean and you cannot beat the price!

Well appointed and very clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids under 5. Pool was a hit with the kids. Close to Harbour Town and other great spots. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Tricia’s house and enjoyed the pool and loved the location in the middle of everything at the Sea Pines. There are a few details that could use refreshing in the house but overall I would highly recommend for a family. Tricia was a great host and very helpful.

This property couldnt be any more perfect. Tons of space, more than enough beds to fit the 5 adults, great entertaining space out back with deck, grill, and refreshing pool. And the location in sea pines is incredible. Down the street from all of the sea pines resort golf courses in a quiet little neighborhood. Tricia was kind, responsive, and overall a fantastic host. Would love to visit again!

So many good things to say, but I'll try to keep it brief... The house was very comfortabable, well maintained, and just as descrbed and as shown in the photos. The hosts provided board games, beach equipement, and in general have really made an effort to go above and beyond. The small pool is a really nice addition for refreshing dips and it is surprisingly deeper than I expected (5 ft or or more on far end I believe). Regarding the hosts, the communication and consideration was spectacular! The house location for us was ideal. We like to bike everywhere, and it's a short ride (10 minutes or less) to the beach and Coast Restaraunt. It's an even shorter ride through the neighborhood to a great coffee/pastry spot, a full service cafe with morning mimosas, and so much more! 5 stars aren't enough!! ...I guess that wasn't very brief afterall.

We had a lovely vacation. The house was great with lots of room, clean, quiet neighborhood, 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a private pool! The host was fantastic with communication. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

This was a very clean and well kept property. The owners were lovely and very responsive. Our kids really enjoyed the splash pool.

Great place to stay for the price point. Loved the pool. It is small in size but perfect for 6 or so people. It’s also deep and refreshing on those hot humid days.

A problem with the pool was handled promptly by the owner with good results. Good location in quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay.

Our son got married in Sea Pines and we were excited to have several family members and friends in this home for the weekend of festivities. Everything was so comfortable and easy. The home is well appointed and in a great location - we look forward to coming again!

Place was exactly as advertised and very clean. Lots of towels!
