Sea Level Sanctuary in Seaside Park

This was an exceptional beach house! It was so clean! I was very impressed as that is important to me. We really enjoyed having two levels (as we rented both) for our stay. That let the people who needed to work have a quiet place when needed. The kitchens were clean and very well stocked with useful, quality appliances. We totally loved the outdoor shower; that is a must for a beach stay! We loved being a long walk from the Boardwalk and a very short walk from entrance to the Beach! All was exceptional! We hope to stay here again!

Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Great communication and extremely responsive when I had questions. We rented both floors. The house is absolutely gorgeous and in such a prime location. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying there next year!

The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home needed! Very family friendly and in walking distance to food, shopping and ice cream!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a short walk to the beach and with three bedrooms in the upstairs unit and two in the downstairs unit, there was plenty of room. Each unit has one bathroom, but there is an outdoor shower, which helps. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics and there is a very large outdoor area with several picnic tables with umbrellas. Sitting out in the yard in the evening was lovely.

We stayed in both the High Tide and Low Tide for two weeks and it was wonderful!! We have been coming to Seaside Park for many years and have rented several houses and High Tide/Low Tide is definitely at the top of our list. It is obvious that time, effort and energy has gone into creating a welcoming, well stocked and comfortable space for visitors to relax and enjoy. Communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive to inquiries.

This dual-apartment house was perfect for our party of 8 - 2 families. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival (and during our stay) were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is perfect - 5 min walk to beach, bike ride away from local markets and restaurants.

This house was perfect. My children and I stayed in the top and my parents and brothers in the bottom. My mom is going through chemo and needed a lot of help to enjoy everything but being together made it easier. Having a well organized and comprehensive kitchen made is easy to prepare the meals that she can eat. I will book it again every year as long as i can!

We rented the whole property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was way nicer than the pictures and super well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is one block from the beach and a short ride to the boardwalk. I’d definitely consider staying there again. Everyone gave tombs up!

The house and property was perfect for our annual girls trip. Plenty to do in this area even in the shoulder season.
