Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting a beach front house and it was absolutely worth it. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It was awesome waking up to the Gulf of America every day. There’s very limited beach front properties in the area and this is one of the best. My only complaint was that the exterior of the house was being swarmed by hundreds of bug (not an exaggeration), but on our last day they all disappeared. It made using the balconies impossible.

This property is exactly as described—right on the beach with beautiful, unobstructed views. The unit was clean and well-stocked with towels, basic necessities, and kitchen items, including plenty of dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. The balconies facing the ocean were spacious and perfect for enjoying the scenery. We were traveling with elderly family members, so the elevator was a big help.A few things to be aware of: The pool and beach access require walking through one of the master bedrooms, which can be inconvenient. There are signs at every thermostat requesting that the air conditioning be set higher than most would find comfortable; despite following these guidelines, everyone in our group woke up uncomfortably warm at night. The common areas, where people might typically gather to relax or wait out bad weather, lacked comfortable seating, and the balcony furniture on the 2nd and 3rd floors wasn’t much better.Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort level inside could be improved.

We have rented twice from Frangista and definitely will again. We have used other companies for a VRBO and never had the same courtesy or response to any questions from someone. They treat you like an old friend and have exceptional properties with wonderful amenities! Extremely pleased again!

Hector the Property Mgr and his staff were quick to answer any questions or request we had.Spent Fall Break with 12 family members in the Sea La Vie. Six kids and six adults and one golden doodle enjoyed the week. Well stocked kitchen, dishes, cookware. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths were perfect for our family. All three floors had a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. Especially the Master on the 3rd floor.1st floor had a small pool for kids to relax. Unit had an elevator but we never had time to wait to go from one floor to another. It would have been great for those with a disability. Look forward to staying again.

The small pool was nice after being on the beach. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are well worn and need to be replaced. Also there is a big issue with the also g glass doors locking themselves that left people outside for awhile especially on the 2nd floor. The views were beautiful as well.

The location was fantastic the backyard is literally the beach, The house was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room stays very warm so bring a fan. The driveway sits on the main stretch so it very hard to get out with all the traffic but these are very minor issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

The house was beautiful as described with everything that we needed and was so clean. We were just a few steps from the beach and our chairs were always at the beach and waiting. I would recommend this house and love to rent it again.
