It was beautiful inside and out and located in the perfect spot with a beach access right across the street and Pier Park and the dog beach just a very short 5 minute walk away. It was the perfect size for our family of 9 and our pups. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Stayed Oct 8, 2024First off the location, across the street from the beach, just feet from public beach access 60. To make it even better, its just a short walk to Pier Park and everything that brings with it. Finally, like oysters? Its next to one of the local favorites, Dusty. Now the house, it is clean, with amenities, from top to bottom. Forgot something at home, no problem, they more than likely have it there for you. The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies have great views of the ocean. This house is not just thrown together, everything appears to be meticulously selected to provide a 5 star experience. After many stays in the PCB, 30A, Destin area, this has been the best.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024What a great place for a family to stay! We had an 6 month old, an 3 year old and (2) parents and (2) grandparents. Everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy. The house had everything we could have ever needed - including a pack and play for the baby. The view from the top floor was beautiful. We were conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and groceries. And, it was such an easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a nice addition. It made it easy to rinse all the sand off before going in. Thank you for having the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We are already planning a return trip!

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Outta my 4 years of going to Panama City beach this has by far been my favorite place to stay. The location is amazing right beside pier park, they also are dog friendly and have a dog beach right across the road. The host was quick to answer and question I had. Highly recommend yall check them out

Stayed Feb 4, 2024Sea Jay was perfect. The locations couldn't have been better for a family traveling with a pet, right across from the dog beach. We were within walking distance of Pier Park and beach volleyball. Honestly, I can't think of a negative about the house or it's location. We had an issue with the fire alarm that the property manager resolved very quickly. The property manager was awesome! Have already reached out to book our next dates.
