Cottages on the Key, the management company, was very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again! *****

Stayed Apr 27, 2025This was our first visit to Siesta Key and it was absolutely amazing. Seafoam was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location for us. Communication was timely and professional, and we felt very comfortable the entire stay. We had everything we needed, including a well-appointed beach cart. We did have a car, but could have easily walked to the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It was all literally a few blocks away. The beach was beautiful and was the focus of our trip (it was a 1-minute walk from our door to the sand). We did make a trip to Sarasota for main groceries as we cooked breakfast in the room every day and the store in the Villages was limited. This will be our go to in Siesta Key, and we will definitely be back.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025The property was close to the ocean about a block away from the beautiful Sandy Beach. The rooms were clean both the living room and bedroom had ductless HVAC systems that kept both rooms very comfortable. The appliances all appear to be relatively new and in good condition. Town is an easy two block walk Away, very convenient.
