Sea Breeze - Luxury across from the Beach and Pool, Professionally decorated.

It is a beautiful home with updated furnishings and appliances. I've never stayed anywhere with a kitchen as well stocked. Loved how the back had a view of the lake and the front the ocean. And only steps from the beach and pool.

Great neighborhood and house just off beach. House was very clean and kitchen well appointed. Steve and Cami, the hosts, communicated well. No issues during the week. Thanks for great stay!

We absolutely loved this house and our stay. The house was fabulous! The walk to the beach was so easy and the neighborhood is so cute. I loved how simple & calm it is in Carillon. Not a ton of people which we loved! We will definitely be back! Best trip ever! Can’t wait to stay here again! 1000/10!

This house is awesome. Great location. Big rooms. Fully equipped with everything one needs. Most Vrbo houses have cheap very well used pots and pans, cooking utensils dishes and beds, not this place!!! Nice stuff everywhere. Even a Gas stove! Steve was very on top of making sure we were taken care of and everything was working. My only nuances are so minute don’t take this as a negative at all. The Tv is the living room is theatre sound….meaning 5.1 speakers, left, right, center, surround set and subwoofer. My aging in-laws in their 80s did not like it at all. So we turned off the tv and the almost 2 year old entertained us instead, which is what a vacation should be about right? Again it’s a small nuance but not everyone wants a surround sound for the news or weather channel. My only other is the back upstairs bed room bed. It is THE tallest bed I have ever slept in. I’m 6’1” and had to use the step stool to get in the bed. I understand the reason for the bed risers are probably for guests to put their suitcases under the bed but it is too high. There is plenty of room for the suitcases in the room. Again these are so small minor annoyances. The house is situated close to the beach dune walkover and the pool. All within 75 yards in either direction! Btw if you look Google maps it shows the beach walkover directly across the street but….there is a house there. Google maps is marked wrong! Stay here you will love it!!!

Amazing stay — perfect location and fully stocked!We had a wonderful experience at this property. The home had everything we needed — it was so nice not having to run out for little things — they really thought of it all.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the pool, beach, and neighborhood restaurant, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for place to stay.

Nice kitchen. Good flow in living room. Open area under stairs great for dumping beach/pool stuff. Stayed at Carrillon 3x and this was our favorite.

Sea Breeze was a beautiful home in a perfect location, just steps from the beach and pool. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need and supplied it in this lovely beach home. We couldn’t have asked for anything more with this rental. So many of the things you need but don’t think to bring were supplied. Everything was luxurious and the home is beautifully decorated! I highly recommend this home. Owners responded immediately when we had a question about the grill!

We loved our stay!! Perfect location to the “walk over” to the beach… loved having chairs at the beach daily… lots of room for our family!! We cooked alot during our stay and loved having the double oven!!! Great vacation!!

This was by far the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. It is managed by the homeowners rather than a rental company, which we found was wonderful! The location was fantastic - just a quick walk to the beach and “downtown” Carillon. Parking was a breeze. Very quick access to grocery stores and restaurants. My only possible negative is that the tower room isn’t really meant to be a bedroom, even though when we originally made our reservation it was shown as a bedroom. Despite having beds, the stairs are VERY steep (more like a wide ladder) so we ended up double bunking in another room once we saw the stair situation. That was truly the only thing I would have changed. Even with that one thing we are already looking at dates to come back next year.

The home was lovely and very well stocked from the kitchen through the entire home. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit out back taking in the scenery - very calming and quiet. It is very convenient to a pool and a short walk to the beach walkover. The beach was uncrowded for the time of the year. Unfortunately our week was cut short because we decided to leave because of the weather, so surely missed being able to enjoy our stay there for the entire week. We truly enjoyed the few days we spent there.

Perfect secluded location. Host was easy to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Will return to same house next year.

We just returned from a great visit to Carillon Beach. Loved the home we stayed in, very comfortable, and nice location within the community. We are hoping to return in the near future. Sea breeze is a great choice.

Sea Breeze was a delight! The location is so convenient to the beach boardwalk. The view of the lake is lovely. Having access to four porches was great. The decor is pretty, and very cozy. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, and comfortable beds. We always love our stay at Carillon beach, and look forward to returning next year.

This is the 6th time we've stayed in Carillon beach but 1st time in Sea Breeze and let me say it is an amaze house! There was plenty of room for us all to have our own space and just steps to the beach...love, love, love!

I don't have enough good things to say about this property. We vacation in this neighborhood every year, and this house was my favorite by far. The Host, Steve, is very easy to contact and is very helpful. The house itself is magnificent! We had plenty of room for our large group. I say it's the best of both worlds because you back up to the lake, and you're right across the street from the pool and the beach walkover. The little shop/restaurant area is only a few steps away (highly recommend the pizza place). The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
