The house was very nice but limited in three ways:[1] It has clearly not been cleaned properly in months- there was debris in the carpet and the loo brushes were foul[2] The house was infested with Mosquitos so we had to buy electric repellent[3] There was no outdoor socialising location and no BBQ

When you are staying in a place that requires pumps for potable water you would expect some directions or contact if pumps fail. Left the night before as toilets and showers and were unable to clean. No contacts were available. Disappointed and awaiting a refund.

Travelled to this property with 2 families with young children. House was comfortable for all ages and nice to be in a natural, tranquil setting. The Koala's that came to visit were a bonus!!

We spent four nights at 1 Tecoma Avenue. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It would have been nice to have had some more comfortable outdoor seating for the five of us as there was nowhere to all sit comfortably out of doors other than an old picnic table with two bench seats. As it' Sandy Point it's an easy walk to the shops and beach, which is all you need. Thank you!

We are a family of 5 and each kid bought a friend so we had 2 adults and 6 teenagers. The layout of the house is excellent with 2 lounge rooms separated by a covered courtyard perfect for drying bathers and towels. It's a light filled house with lots of windows and the master bedroom has a nice aspect onto the garden so you can get some breeze and light in, it also has an ensuite. The kitchen in well appointed and has a dining table there which is great as it is separate to the 2 living areas. We used the fireplace on a cold night and it worked well and was well maintained. Our dog loved the holiday, he is a kelpy and was happy to stay outside as he could see is inside and is never happier than when at Sandy Point beach! We liked the location as it was half way between the Surf Club entrance and Ned Neals lookout (the dog beach). There was plenty of space for 2 cars and a boat in the driveway. It was a thoroughly excellent holiday and I would recommend this property to a large family group or even 2 families.
