“The Big Chill” is the incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
Families will love the Seabreeze East community! This small community of residential homes is just across from Seacrest Beach on Scenic Hwy 30A. The location is ideal- about 1 mile from The Big Chill on 30A and under 2 miles to Rosemary and Alys Beach!
Wonderful property, easy beach access
Thanks so much for being a fantastic host. We loved our gift bag…it was so thoughtful and welcoming!!! You were prompt on questions and needs. Loved the the fire pit and porch for relaxing and the distance to beach was easy. Enjoyed the bikes and the backpack chairs and the wagon for carrying fishing supplies. We would rent again!!!
Had a great couple days at this adorable beach house. Easy walk to the beach and biked to restaurants etc. Loved the outside spaces at this house - wish it’d be cold enough to use the firepit. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!
Nice vacation property. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for a family. Plenty of extra towels, the beach chairs were a plus. Roomy & comfortable living area. Screened in back porch with convenient outdoor shower great for rinsing off sand after the beach.
We loved this single story home located in a great neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The house has a nice outside seating and dining area and two inside eating areas. The towel hooks throughout are a nice touch and provide plenty of additional space for beach towels and swimwear. I do recommend the rental property provide a deep cleaning of the unit, particularly the bathtub in the Master. Otherwise, our family enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.
The property is beautiful and inviting. The walk or bike ride to the beach was not bad but the 60 stairs to get down to the beach and worse after leaving the beach would have been nice to know about. Would not recommend for someone with any kind of physical restrictions. Other than that the place was excellent.
This property was exactly what I pictured from the description. There weren't any reviews when I booked so I think it is a relatively new rental. We had all the amenities we needed complete with a pack-n-play and highchair for our baby! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms didn't really look updated but were clean and fine for our stay. The closet in the master was HUGE and made it easy for unpacking and being comfortable. The blinds did not extend all the way to the bottom of the windows so I did have to put up a blackout curtain in the room our baby was sleeping in. The outdoor space was very pretty although we didn't spend a great deal of time out there. It was a nice space for our toddler to walk around and explore a little. I though we'd sit out by the fire table at night but it was a bit too hot for it and we were too exhausted from the days activities. I did take advantage of the bikes a few times to ride down for a short stay on the beach. The description said there was a beach wagon too but I didn't see one and we brought our own. The only complaint that I have is the proximity to the beach. It was further than I expected especially when you factor in the walk from the road down to the beach. If you have a small child and have a lot of stuff to take to the beach it may be a bit much. It was a bit disappointing for the price we paid. I would definitely consider staying at this property again but will probably look for beach front or beach side properties for trips with the baby.
