Very cozy house

The hot water sucks and there was no way to control it with the water heater due to it being. I’m assuming a locked in the garage and I had no access. My only complaint I had to take lukewarm showers.

House was as descend neighborhood was very quiet.

Came down to visit family and attend a graduation. It was the perfect location. Pool and outdoor patio were amazing! We had a great stay. Will book in the future

Perfect for us with the swimming pool and stunning view of the water. Outside covered area was great for dining at night or for getting out of the sun. All beds were comfortable and house was clean. Outside area had left wrappers and a little bit of rubbish from previous family but was t an issue for us. Difficult to get either the house manager or owner to reply to our emails and telephone calls and left messages with vrbo a month before our stay which didn’t get replied to so not sure if the owner saw these ? Overall a brilliant stay and we would definitely go back again and thx for the wine!!

It was a girl's getaway

My husband daughter & niece Stayed here for 10 days. Very accommodating unless you're there for the pool. Ima start with the negatives. I checked in Fri & the pool had tons of tiny bugs & stuff on top & a lot of debris on the bottom. There was yellow algae? By the debris. I asked if there was a skimmer & vacuum so I can clean the pool. There was nothing. The host agreed to come clean it in the morning, but never came. She said she was busy with family & sent a text saying the pool was cleaned Wed& they sent her a good pic. Then she stated it's an open pool & it's been raining. That's understandable & is why I asked for the stuff to clean it myself before I seen the algae. Late Tues morning the pool co. Cleaned the debris on bottom. Afterwards it rained. Late Wed morning, was normal pool cleaning day, they treated the pool leaving white particles that didn't dissolve. Thurs rained, we couldn't use the pool until the 7th day but the rain left top full of stuff-we needed a skimmer. Disappointed to pay extra for a pool & never use it. The grill was dirty we spent 30 min of cleaning before use. Master bath is death trap when showering the floor is super slippery around bath almost fell a few times- needs a bath mat. There was broken glass on entertainment set. Other than that the house was accommodating with extra blankets&towels. Kitchen is supplied with everything. There's a coffee area with k cups. Back patio is nice lounge area & table. I wouldn't stay again

We rented the property to stay close to my mom who’s recovering from surgery and lives nearby. There was a little delay in the communication with the guest contact initially but after meeting her on day 1 of our stay, everything else went really well and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Some things in the property are a bit dated and need some updating. Small things could use a little more attention, stains on the couch, back patio area wasn’t cleaned well, bedspreads are old and worn out. These are things you probably could overlook if you were only staying a couple of days but since we were there a full week, it was hard not to notice. Overall, the property fulfilled what we needed it for and we would stay there again.

Good and comfortable.

Great location if you're staying in the area. Just minutes away from all roads, restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again.
