Screened Porch ~ Golf Cart 6-Seat ~ Community Pool

The house its self was nice, most places we have stayed in the past have ample supplies such as dishwasher soap, toilet paper, laundry soap. We had to supply our own. We were also without a golf cart for four days, we were told we would be reimbursed for those days but have not heard anything. In summary we enjoyed our stay, minus a few inconvenient times minus the golf cart. Other than that a very nice place.

Was clean were it's the most important (sheets), but needs some deep cleaning: dining chairs were stained/dirty, bench at end of bed was dirty. q-tip found in one of the living room chairs, stuff all under cushions on outside couch, mold on rubber of washing machine, golf cart seats stained with mildew and charging cord didn't always charge cart, dishwasher had an awful odor. One more thing was the general odor that permeated on to our belonging that I didn't really notice to be that strong when I was there but very noticeable when I got home was a strange mildew smell.If this handful of things are fixed, I would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that the master bedroom backed up to a road that was a bit loud.

Very unhappy with my stay . No one was able to accommodate me and help with the issues and I'm very disappointed with the cleanses of this property, bugs, spiders, and dust. Called every day they kept saying the property manager was going to get back with me. No one ever did.

There was no refund on the first day lost. Just know that the golf cart is not a guarantee. Some of the staff were rude and some were nice. House is very nice and clean on the inside. Not much provided as like toilet paper, soap, etc. think that was stated in description. If you like crowds and busyness, then this is your place. If you don’t like crowds, then not for you.
