Scottsdale Oasis! 5 BR, 7 beds, pool, 3000+ sq ft - near Mayo Clinic Hospital

The home was great but we did expect it to be more renovated as the bathrooms were tired but very clean. The owner was very responsive to requests, the property manager not so much, never did return my call or show up on property.House has a well equipped kitchen, very good laundry, TV’s in every bedroom as well as great room.The pool was lovely, 85 F. Great area for restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, access to freeways. Overall a very good place to stay!

The house was located close to the Mayo Clinic Hospital where we were having surgery for my son. The house is in a very quiet location very close to shopping. The house is obviously well set up for families with small children but it functioned well for us. We had a need to contact the owner snd property manager and they responded very quickly to our inquiries.

I come to Arizona for MLB Spring Training every year and this location was the best I've stayed in all my visits. The location is central to be able to get to all the Phoenix area ballparks easily. The house is spacious with a pool - the grapefruit, lemon and orange trees in the back are a bonus! The lemons and grapefruits were particularly good! The location is also close to grocery stores (Safeway, Fry's, Sprouts) and tons of restaurants. Also nearby bike and walking paths. I we get the opportunity, we would love to come back!

I rented this property for 2 months and it was fantastic. I was there with my family ranging from 16 months to 93 yrs of age. The house was perfect for everyone. Everything I needed for my granddaughter and a bedroom on the main floor for my 93 yr old mum. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. Bonus having citrus trees in the backyard to make fresh squeezed juice. There is a beautiful pool that is heated, no extra fees to heat the pool. The home is in a quiet residential area and close to everything. The farthest drive was to the airport which was 25 mins away. I had a few minor issues upon arrival and they were dealt with Immediately!! I can’t say enough good things about this home and I’m hoping to go back again. I would highly recommend this home if you’re planning a trip to Scottsdale.

This was nice house & lots of space - we used it for some of our employees who came to town to work. Great location. Property manager was easy to communicate with & very helpful.

We needed an extended place to stay. We wanted a place with a heated pool. This place fit the bill! I was in AZ for a kidney transplant and was required to stay for 6 weeks post surgery. This home had a main floor master, which was perfect for recovery. It was close to Mayo so that I could go several times (per day, week, month) for follow-up appointments. And my 7 yr old loved that it had a heated pool that he swam in everyday after he finished his on-line school (by 1pm). The neighborhood is very quiet. The location to several grocery stores and restaurants was perfect! We didn't need to drive more than a few miles to get EVERYTHING we needed. The home owners and their property manager were very quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, it was a win!

Great location, large home, and responsive host. Only negative was the carpets needed a good cleaning. Would stay there again.

This house worked perfectly for our family of six. Our two teenagers had their own rooms while our two little girls shared the room with twin beds (all upstairs). We enjoyed the master suite on the main floor that had plenty of room and stayed nice and cool. We enjoyed the pool everyday/night. The fresh grapefruit from the tree was an awesome treat as well! Our hosts were super responsive and attentive to our questions and very nice to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

House was clean and neat. Air conditioner worked great! It really cools and 100+ weather was very appreciated. Pool was clean and gated was great for the piece of mind if you are coming with kids. Pool toys (rafts, balls, floaties, life vest, everything for kids friendly and safety.

The house was perfect, there were 5 of us only 1 couple. Location was great from shopping to Spring Training, dinning and excursions. The pool was very clean and relaxing after a long day out exploring. The fruit on the trees were amazing, we made lemonade, and the scent in the back yard from the fruit was always inviting. Will book again for sure.
