One story detached house on its own self-contained and walled lot. Includes 2 car garage with additional parking for two vehicles on the driveway apron. Vehicles parked on the driveway apron need to be no more than 20 feet in length in order to comply with HOA regulations. This house is in a small (68 homes) gated community. There is a community swimming pool with comfortable patio furniture available to our guests. This is our “snowbird” residence that we will lease to responsible renters. It has a very large master bedroom and bath with a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower, separate soaker tub, private toilet, and large vanity with two sinks. There is a smaller bedroom with separate full bathroom.

Nicely decorated and maintained one floor house with no steps. The ceilings throughout are almost ten feet high giving a feeling of spacious and open living. Tile floor in master bath and Luxury Vinyl Planking throughout the balance or the house, large private walled backyard with large patio table and chairs with propane gas grill and a very large flagstone patio with a propane fire table and comfortable seating for four. Patio chairs can be moved as the fire pit area will accommodate 8 or more. Misting system to cool down on sunny Arizona days. Attached 2 car garage, WiFi and cable television. 55 4K LED flat screen TV with good range of programming through Cox Cable. Electric Fireplace in the entertainment center in the living room. Additional flat screen TV in Master Bedroom. Telephone with free local calling. Large living room with comfortable seating for eight or more. Fully air conditioned. Completely equipped kitchen with seating for six. All essential small appliances included so that you can prepare your own meals when you don’t wish to dine out. Full set of dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. Very spacious accommodation that is approximately 1409 sq. ft. Recently (2022) completed a major renovation and new exterior paint in 2025. Our guests keep on returning year after year and, since we use it ourselves, it is furnished with high quality furniture, appliances and kitchen accessories.

Other than a couple of storage compartments in the garage containing owner personal items, the entire home is open to our guests. Our guests are free to use the community swimming pool as well although it is unheated and relies on the sun.

No pets without advance permission and, if granted, an additional fee applies.

No smoking inside the house.

We expect you to treat the house as if it were yours or, conversely, how you would like your home treated.

We are located in the Pinnacle Peak area of North Scottsdale. This is an vibrant and upscale area that features some great golf courses in the surrounding area, lots of local shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops and easy access to the perimeter highways (101) that allow for quick navigation to much of Greater Phoenix. Very close to the PGA Scottsdale TPC Golf Course that hosts the Phoenix Open and just up the road from the home of the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction.

There is an abundance of great golf courses in the Scottsdale area along with many other recreational facilities. The latest newsletter from the City of Scottsdale indicated that they are adding even more public access pickle-ball courts.

Although nicely set back from the main road so as to eliminate any traffic noise, this gated community offers close and convenient access to arterial roads that give you fast and easy routes to major shopping centers and neighborhood shops and restaurants. Our house is close to numerous grocery stores such as Safeway, AJ's and Frys, drug stores like Walgreens and CVS and some absolutely unique and wonderful pubs, bars and restaurants within a five minute drive. There is a wide and paved walking trail taking you through the protected desert surroundings and this accommodates walkers and cyclists alike.

Ideal for longer term renters who may be doing major renovations at their own house and need to vacate for a prolonged period of time. We also accommodate snowbirds wanting a month or more in the sun. Our house is conveniently located near both Honor Health and the Mayo Clinic and has been rented for an extended period by patients undergoing long term care (such as cancer) at those facilities.

Our photos do accurately tell the story of an oasis in the desert with a great backyard for sunning, entertaining and relaxing.

Note that, since our minimum rental period is 30 days as per HOA requirements, there are no rental or occupancy taxes applicable to any of our bookings. This is because Arizona changed the law as of January 1, 2025.

    We had a wonderful experience staying at Ross and Maureen's house. They were both communicative and ensured we were comfortable. The house was very well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. They had a couple binders with all the information about the house, which made it easy to navigate. The property manager, Elly, was very nice. She stopped in to introduce herself a couple days after we arrived. She also stopped by at the end of our stay. The backyard was nice to watch the sunsets. We fed the hummingbirds and kept the birdbath full of water for the other birds. The BBQ grill was a nice addition to grill salmon and steaks. The air conditioning was nice, since we were there during the hottest time of year. The house is located in an area with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping needs. We highly recommend this property for future tenants!!!! RATED 10!!!!!

    This was our first time staying in this home. It is a separate house not an apartment and we have always stayed in apartments and condos. We love a house. All one floor. Clean as a whistle. Park in the garage. Back yard all fenced in so our pup can chase lizards to his hearts content. The neighbors in the development welcomed us. Very friendly place and we felt like we lived there. Comfortable beds and we got high sleep scores on our Fitbit. We can walk less than a block to grocery store and pharmacy. TV works well and the system is user friendly The kitchen is not stocked to fit us. I like big mugs for root beer floats. It’s is better stocked for wine drinkers. The rooms are bright and the back yard comfortable to sit in the morning or evening. Our son visited and loved it and recommended it to friends whose parents are going to try to book it. We have stayed in Scottsdale in rentals for ten years. Grab this one

    We had the most wonderful time. Ross and Maureen’s home was exactly what we had hoped for. Spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again.
