Great central location. The room on top is a little warm and a screen would have been awesome to keep the bugs out but it was very comfortable. The patio is lovely. We enjoyed our stay!
Great property in a great location. My kids loved the neighborhood and park nearby. I loved being right next to the Booth creek falls trailhead. The views from the back porch were amazing. Definitely will recommend.
everything was great
Stayed here with 4 adult children and my 12-year-old, plenty of room for everybody. Ideal location in East Vail next to bus stop, which is the closest stop to Vail Village. East Vail is quite spread out with many bus stops (took the scenic tour once when we missed our stop), so the convenience to Vail Village is a big plus. Property manager (Stuart) was easy to work with and responsive (we had a problem with the Roku device, he stopped by and fixed it). Security deposit was timely refunded. We would definitely stay here again.
We traveled from Toronto (Canada) 2500 kms and was not disappointed. Location of property is excellent as it is nestled in mountains however very close to main Vail village and Golf course. This unit is very well stocked and has ample space to accommodate up to 8 persons. The balcony is spacious enough to have a nice BBQ (BBQ unit needs to be replaced though as it is old and does not function properly). If you are looking for tracking opportunities, there are plenty of options around this valley. Track for Booth falls and lake starts from a spot very close to this unit. There is very nice park for children close by. Thanks for the owners who shared their property with us. We were very happy with the unit and will definitely return here again.
We enjoyed our stay here at the end of the ski season. Dad and son skied while mom relaxed in the sunny living room or walked around the quiet neighborhood. The entire unit is spotlessly clean and bright with lots of windows. Bedrooms are comfortable with soft sheets, comforters, lots of blankets, and a TV in each room. It's easy to regulate the temperature with a thermostat on each level. There's plenty of room for family, with the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The mountain view and beautiful sunsets are a real plus. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants and Village events are just a few miles away, using the convenient shuttle or the parking garages. Management service was prompt with answering our questions. We'll definitely come again, bringing other family members next time.
This place was awesome; very clean, quiet, comfortable rooms; it felt like a cabin on the edge of Vail with all the modern amenities and a great view of the mountains from the deck. We had fabulous dinners every night; the kitchen and dining area easily accommodated our group of five. We brought a car to carry our skis, but since it was only a 3 minute walk to a free shuttle line that runs super late, it was convenient for everyone to do their own thing at different times without worrying about transportation. I highly recommend the stay and plan on coming back in the summer!
We spent two and a half weeks in Colorado for a multiple resort snowboarding vacation. We stayed at three different properties and I have to say this one was the best. The bedrooms were large and beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped, The view from the deck is beautiful, it was a little cold outside, but you can see the same view from the warmth of the couch or dining room table. I spent a bit of time working from that table and loved looking up to see the mountains when taking a break. The resort is a five minute drive away or you can take the shuttle, you can see the stop from the condo. I highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for comfort and convenience. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
Fantastic lodging two quick bus stops from Vail Village! This place was perfect. It has an incredible view of Vail Valley and gets beautiful sunsets each evening. The space was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for our group. It was so hard to leave! All the bedrooms have big comfy beds, clean bedding, lots of storage, and Xfinity TV's with anything you could want to watch. On our days off from the mountain we just lounged around and loved it. The main living spaces were great. Filled with natural light. Huge deck with grill. Incredible view of Vail Valley from the Kitchen, Living and Dining rooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Big Utility room. Living room has nice leather couches and a fireplace that comes on with the flip of a switch. Loved the aerial maps of Vail and Beaver Creek. Decorations were perfect for Ski Lodging. And the heated floors in the Master Bathroom were a hit! Full size washer and dryer were excellent and came in handy. Big storage closet for Skis/ Boards/ Boots. Parking spot is 10 feet from the front door. Very easy place to stay, even during blizzard conditions. Management was responsive and courteous. Lots of privacy from neighbors. We come to Vail every year and found our new favorite! Thanks again! We'll be back soon!
