Stayed Mar 29, 2024We loved our vacation rental it was clean and very beautiful. Only thing we wish they had a pool and more storage for our food. The only cabinet available was high above the sink. Luckily we are a tall family lol. Everything was great with the rental. It is a beautiful home and was in a very nice neighborhood. Thanks again for everything.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024There were two families of 4 that stayed in the home. It was plenty big and the garage/game room was a big hit!! The property was so clean! It was in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. There were super nice upgrades in the property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024We had a great relaxing time!! The house was extremely clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. David was easy to deal with and quick to respond. The house is close to everything, shopping, beaches and golf. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood. I would defiantly stay here again.

Stayed Jan 18, 2024Despite some snafu's when we arrived (incorrect entry code, incorrect wifi code, washing machine not working, TV not having national channels), we had an enjoyable stay at this lovely, spacious home. It was very clean, insect-free, the kitchen is equipped with all the large & small appliances, utensils and cookware you'll ever need. The owner ordered a new washer/dryer set which worked perfectly. The location is quiet, and is ideally located halfway between Sarasota and Venice, near restaurants, shopping, golf and beaches. The house is only about a 20 min. drive to the best Florida Beach, Siesta Key. The garage has been converted to a rec room, so you must keep your car outdoors. We would have enjoyed using the recreation room, but it had an overpowering floral smell for reasons unknown. Also, renters need to be tech savvy and know how to stream TV programs on their personal devices because of the lack of TV channels. Overall, a relaxing, enjoyable stay!
