GOOD TO KNOW

Road Conditions — Standard mountain roads, perfectly manageable in normal conditions. 4x4 or AWD is helpful during winter snow or ice. Check local conditions before traveling in winter months.

Wildlife — You are in the mountains; bears, deer, and other wildlife are your neighbors. We use regular professional pest control, but a stray critter is always possible. Please store food and trash securely.

Outdoor Bucket Shower — Available in warmer months only; winterized when freezing temperatures are expected.

Security — One exterior camera monitors the driveway entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home, and no cameras in the backyard spa, hot tub, or outdoor areas. Your privacy is fully protected in all living and wellness spaces.

Cell Service — Most major carriers provide good coverage. Wi-Fi calling is available once you connect to Starlink.

Power — No generator on site. Mountain storm outages are rare but possible. Flashlights are provided; the gas fireplace remains functional if needed.

Guest Access — You have full and exclusive access to the entire property — all indoor and outdoor spaces, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, main deck, hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, cold plunge, seasonal bucket shower, firepit, and all fire features.
