Sarasota Waterfront - Boat Dock poo/spa, kayaks -12 min to Lido Beach & Downtown

Our family loved being in our own little oasis yet still close to downtown Sarasota and the tourist spots. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed. It was also fun to walk down the street to the tiki bar. We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was close to get to. Loved our time there!

The property was everything we hoped for. The pool and hot tub worked great and the dock and kayaks were very enjoyable. The tiki bar down the street is easy to walk to and the food is excellent. If there is any down side to this property it is in a direct flight path with Sarasota airport so there is some considerable noise from the jets landing and taking off. We barely noticed this after the 1st day but some might find it a little much.

Visited Sarasota with two grown daughters and their families (granddaughters ages 5 and 3). This house was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, as were the kayaks for adventuring down the waterway (and spotting manatees!) bikes, kids toys and little lizards in the yard for chasing. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms meant each unit had their own space. Barbeque grill and very nice kitchen space. Everything was spotless! Nice big TV for watching March Madness. The location was great for us to explore both Longboat Key and Siesta Key (in different directions). Adventure golf nearby too. Ate at the Tiki Bar and Oyster Bar, both within a mile from the house. Delicious! Very conveniently located close to the airport. Thought the noise would be a problem but we actually enjoyed watching so many planes coming and going. We played Guess the Airlines and weren't annoyed by the 11 second pause (what the neighbor called the noisy time when the plane passes over). Sleeping through the noise wasn't a problem. Very comfortable beds and quiet inside. Awesome place to stay. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Easy check in process and great communication with property manager. Not one complaint. Great location. Large, relaxing pool and spa. The house is in great shape and had everything we needed. Short drive to airport and Lido Beach

We had an amazing stay in the home , with family and the pool and hot tub were out of this world! We spent so much time there as well as on the kayaks , the granddaughter fished and we absolutely had an amazing time ! Best vacation to date !
