IMPORTANT NOTES

Guest Capacity
The home comfortably accommodates 6 adults. We are happy to host up to 8 guests if some are toddlers, as we provide both a crib and a Pack ’n Play.

Fireplace
The indoor fireplace is currently not operational.

Location
Our home sits near a main intersection, which makes getting around Sarasota very convenient. Because of this, there may occasionally be traffic noise.
To ensure a restful sleep, sound machines are provided in each bedroom.

Pool Safety
The pool is approximately 5.5 feet deep. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that swimming is at their own risk.
Please no glass near the pool area for safety.

Communication
If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the VRBO messaging system so we can respond quickly and keep communication organized.
We are available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST.

Pool & Lawn Maintenance
To keep the property looking great, scheduled pool and lawn maintenance may occur during your stay.

Pool Heating
The pool is typically maintained between 78–85°F. During Florida summer months, heavy rain or storms may occasionally affect pool temperature or clarity. We appreciate your understanding.

If an unauthorized pet is discovered, guests will be required to remove the pet immediately and may be charged a non-refundable fee starting at $500 and up to $1,000 depending on the situation.
