Welcome to our renovated home! Enjoy a serene and stunning fenced backyard paradise. You’ll love our spacious yard, where you can relax in a hammock, soak up the sun on lounge chairs, or take a refreshing dip in the heated saltwater pool. Gather with family and friends for a fun BBQ experience.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and spacious living area that accommodates up to six guests. Cozy sofa and a Smart TV provide entertainment, while fast and reliable WiFi keeps youconnected and productive.

After a day in the sun, unwind in one of our three inviting bedrooms, featuring two King beds and one Queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep the temperature just right.

The house has 2 full bathrooms. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience, and you can pack light—beach towels are also available! To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. These are intended for the initial part of your visit, and if you need more, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies.

For added convenience, our home includes a washer and dryer.

Cooking your favorite meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essential appliances, including a stove, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. You’ll also find pots and pans, dishes, and utensils, making meal prep effortless. Cleanup is simple with the dishwasher and complimentary dishwashing soap.

★ Weekly Pool Maintenance – Takes place once a week in the morning and usually lasts less than 20 minutes. The exact day and time will be provided in the check-in instructions.

★ Heated Pool • The pool heater is set to 86°F automatically.

★ Early Check-in – If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. Confirmation will be provided the night before your arrival.

Feel free to enjoy our home, but let’s be considerate of our neighbors—no parties or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

• Children must always be supervised, especially around the pool.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• No parties allowed.
