Sarasota Home w/ Large Backyard & Water Access

Great house!

Perfect location central to a slew of things we were looking to do. Host was communicative and helpful and the property was spacious, well equipped, and clean.

We had a very nice time relaxing by the pool and cooking out. Our dog had the run of the backyard which was great. Our host Robert was very attentive and helpful. The only thing was the sliding door it was a beast. We were very near beaches bars and grocery.

Enjoyed our stay, the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed..Wish we could've stayed longer!

We loved our week long say in this location. The house was centrally located, well stocked, and had great amenities. The pool was fantastic, and having the washer and dryer was a wonderful boon while travelling.

We had a very nice weekend in this home in Sarasota. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only things keeping from being a 5 star property are that it was right by the airport, so planes were continually flying over and the 1/2 ply toilet paper. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful home and the pool was fabulous!

We were here visiting an Aunt, we wanted something roomy and with a pool. This place had it all. The house was well cared for, clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was clean and the pool eas perfect. The only complaint would be the planes do fly over but honestly not a big deal and nothing anyone can do about thst. Plenty of restaurant choices. We enjoyed the Ramada tiki bar. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

stayed and explored sarasotta while staying at a place locared between many popular beaches. house stocked with games, pools toys, and basic kitchen supplies so it was a great place to bring kids home to after days of exploring.

The location was awesome, so close to so many great beaches and restaurants, the pool was used everyday, loved the outdoor space. The inside was nice but the beds were not comfortable, I think the mattresses need replaced. The space was nice for us, the owner was very responsive with the few issues we ran into.

It was a good place to stay. Nothing crazy nice which is completely fine with me. Only had 3 beach towels, baby items weren’t cleaned and stored in a garage (so very dirty), we rented it thinking it would be very kid friendly and while it’s better than a lot of places. Didn’t have outlet covers (have a 1 year old so that’s important), some dry wall was missing/ cracked so we really had to be on our toddler all the time. Again probably more an us problem. We did extend our stay and it was fine. Never found the “water access” spot though. Neighborhood was great and easy to get to things. Owner is super nice and helpful.

Very nice place. The owners were very responsive. They went above and beyond to get the pool ready for my kids after the hurricane..The house on the inside was very clean..In the garage ,underneath the HVAC looked very dirty. There were toys and things to keep the kids busy. Overall, a great stay in a good location.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. So much to see and do. We went to a different beach every day! ( Cortez was our favorite). It was wonderful having a pool and the fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved it! Jill in NC

I was extremely impressed with the communication of the owners. Especially, during the hurricane. The house has a 70’s vibe to it and we absolutely loved it. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Beautiful and the owners were amazing. We had such a great time.
