Stayed Feb 12, 2026The house itself was fine. Came with what you needed to “live” there. My issues came from the owners and the pool. I’ll start by saying that I have no clue who owns this house. I was given contact info for a woman named Sheri who was supposed to be the owner, to inquire about early check in. I sent her an email a few weeks before our trip asking about the early check in, and sent a follow up a while later both with no response. I tried calling 2 days before check and was told she didn’t answer me because she wasn’t sure? Despite that, she did let us check in early which we were grateful for. Once we were actually in the house we felt the pool and it was ice cold. We checked the unit on the side of the house and it was completely off. I contacted Sheri who sent me the phone number for the owner named Chris which made me extremely confused as I thought she was. I sent him multiple pictures and a video indicating the unit was not even on and was told his pool guy was out of town. I understand the pool would not have been super warm but it was the equivalent of an ice bath. It was important to have a heated pool for our stay and so we paid extra than we budgeted for to rent this one since the listing stated it was a heated pool. All that saying, it made me uncomfortable that i had to text more than one person with inquiries on the home, I have zero clue who actually owns the house, and the pool was not heated as the listing indicated.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025The house was very clean and accommodating. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and was also close to restaurants and the grocery store. We really enjoyes our stay and hope to stay there again soon.

Stayed May 5, 2025We had a great experience with VRBO and this house. It was clean really well appointed, and the owner had left. Left some nice immunities both in the house and some toys for the pool. Check-in process was simple and everything was really really well done. I would thoroughly recommend this house if you’re looking for a place to stay near Sarasota or Bradenton. Note it is towards the end of a runway so we did hear planes as they took off and landed, but there were very few nightlight and it didn’t really bother us.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025We had a great time at this house. My only thing is the sand game inside the house. We felt the sand all threw the house. Loved the outside area!
