Stayed Jun 8, 2022The location of this property is ideal - it's walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The property is fine, but don't expect to have the AC run below 75 degrees without it freezing up, and don't expect any toiletries like shampoo or body soap or kitchen essentials like sugar or coffee. It's basic, which was fine our stay.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022We didn't spend a great deal of time in the unit since we were there for Spring Break. but it was clean and not an easy drive to the beach and downtown. The beds and furniture were not very comfortable Again great price, clean and close to everything

Stayed Nov 30, 2017The apartment “complex” was still being renovated and the maintenance man was still there doing last minute touch ups when we arrived. There was no mention of renovations being done.
